I think stump removal can be an expensive, annoying thing to deal with so I appreciated this a lot. They have a $475 minimum so also trimmed some trees for me. Some were on my neighbors' property (I got permission) and one other person I got a quote from said it would be super expensive to climb the tree and do that. David or Kyle (I forget which) just climbed up on my roof and cut from there. No more elm beetle visitors from the neighbors, woohoo! After they finished, they did a fantastic job cleaning up all the downed branches/leaves, filled in the hole where the tree had been, and raked the front yard (dirt) so it looked normal. You'd never know a tree had been there. Also they were super easy to meet with for an estimate, schedule, and not a long wait. Amazing! I love it when a project is easy! (for me, ha).

His estimate was similar to one other estimate that I received from another company. Kyle was not only friendly and super nice, but he could take it down that week. We were happy because we wanted to take a little vacation but have the job done. Kyle and his helper were professional and took care in the removal plus they cleaned the whole area well when done. They even washed down the driveway and cut down one limb on another tree we had that was shooting out towards the road. I just can't thank them enough for such a nice clean job they did for us. I highly recommend them and will pass the word along through friends, family and social media. If you want an accurate estimate and a hard working team, look no further, this is the right choice. My fiance and I were so impressed after the initial consultation and knew we had to have her as our planner. Right after we booked OUATE, my fiance and I had a meeting with Jessica and basically told her everything we wanted, what we didn't want and what we dreamed of having but didn't think we could afford. She also had us fill out a questionnaire to get a sense of our style, get to know us and get an idea of what we envision for our dream wedding. After reviewing everything we gave her, she created a design board with everthing we had talked about. I loved how we got to go thourgh and point out what we liked and what we didn't like. Since I had a very hard time picking a theme and staying with that direction, this really helped me get on track and focus on one thing at a time. She also did all of the orders (which were a ton since we had our wedding at private estate and had to bring everything in) and delt with the most of our vendors. She has a great working relationship with a ton of wedding vendors in Reno that she was able to get things done and get them done fast! And she had wonderful recommendations for our wedding vendors. We loved them all! During the whole wedding planning process Jessica and her sister, Cassie kept us on track and made sure we were getting things done when they needed to be done. I loved how they took all of my ideas and wishes and made them happen without any questions. The whole time, they were professional but so nice and fun to work with! It made wedding planning a lot of fun! The day of the wedding, I had absolutley nothing to worry about. I sat in the house and got ready while Jessica, Cassie and her team set everything up and dealt with all the vendors. The wedding was not too big but the whole production of it was a lot! We had a ton of flowers, a fire pit, a dessert bar, photo booth, a lounge and a ton of details such a signage and personalized items. Jesssica and her team were so organized and executed everything PERFECTLY! It was above and beyond anything I had even imagined. They took my vision to the next level and made it better than I could had ever wished for. Jessica and Cassie kept the wedding on track the whole night and everything went off witthout a hitch. My husband and I nor our wedding party or family had to lift a finger, it was amazing! We got to spend our time enjoying ourselves while OUATE delt with everything else.
