They work hard to handle group dynamics and challenges but my kids described constant classroom management issues that were rarely resolved. This camp does not provide enough enrichment for older students (10 years old and up). Groups are organized by theme, not age band so there was a 3 - 4 year age span in the groups in which my daughters were placed. There is a big difference between abilities and interests in that span and most attention was given to supporting the younger students. My daughters expressed that they were bored and did not learn new skills. Finally, despite reaching out to the camp to express my concerns, I was informed that the students are encouraged to resolve issues on their own. They did not address my concern about the age span in each group. This camp may be wonderful for young students but is not equipped to handle middle school aged students.

We live less than 10min away from the venue so we were even allowed to access the venue ahead of our event, a month in advance even, to assess our seating/table and photo booth arrangement etc and bring in decor just to see how it'll look in the space. He was very communicative--even with the 13 hour time difference, I was able to coordinate with him easily. The magician I wanted to hire was booked somewhere else and I only found out a few days before, but the balloon sculpture artist Mark recommended instead was an absolute hit with the kids as well as the adults, which was a pleasant surprise. He made my husband the most outrageous birthday hat. Right when he was supposed to be done, one of the kids tripped and popped his balloons and got upset, and he stayed longer to make him (and a few other stragglers) more balloons. Truly kind. The photographer David was also really so helpful, friendly, and on it! He came early and helped with some of the set up... he was attentive and also very nice to talk to. Very natural (sometimes it's awkward when a photographer's in your face taking pictures but it wasn't awkward at all). We got a USB full of pictures right after the party!
