One unique feature is the Daughters of Utah Pioneers Museum and the Sons of Utah Pioneers Village ... cool for some local history!

If you come from out of town it's $10 parking. If you live in Springville you get a free parking pass but you have to get it from the town hall. It's incredibly convenient that it's right by the Orem Public Library as well! We can go grab a few books for the week and then run around at the park right after! In addition, I love the two distinct parks that are there. There is one for older kids and then this park has a whole section for younger children called the "Tot Lot". The slides, swings, see-saw and all the interaction sections are aimed at a younger crowd. I love the distinction, but my five year old still enjoys running over and playing in this area as well. They have also thoughtfully created shaded areas for the parents to stand under. One by the main playground and then another by the swings. I adore a park with intentional spots of shade! I particularly like the variety of park "obstacles" here. To list a few, there are two different zip lines, four slides at the "big kid park", one slide at the Tot Lot area, a climbing wall, a little merry-go-round, musical instrument area for both parks, monkey bars and obstacles at different heights and so much more. The intention for this park to span age groups was achieved!!! So many things for kids of all ages to explore and play with. We love this park and would recommend to anyone!

Excellent easy trail for families and joggers. This trail starts by the playground and tennis…read morecourts of the Spanish Fork Sports Park and then follows the Spanish Fork River. It was the perfect stroll for my young kids in the middle of the Summer because it is mostly shaded. The River was really high in June so it wasn't safe for kids to wade in, but I hear at the end of Summer or Sept it can be pretty low. The trail end on one end of the park but then extends beyond the park to the East and goes through a tunnel under the main road. Not sure how far it extends from there. There is a map at the beginning where I mentioned earlier. Perhaps a closer look with tell you those secrets. The trail is well taken care of and fairly wide and smooth. Great for strollers or for running on. HINT: There is a Fantastic climbing tree located in the middle of the trail in the Sports Park! So good, I climbed all the way to the top! :) Someone also attached a little swing that my kids couldn't get enough of.

The boardwalk is so unique and fun to watch wildlife but wear Bug SPRAY! We were chased out by mosquitos and all of us left the boardwalk trail with 3-5 mosquito bites. I love that the playground has a oval path around it so I can get steps in while the kids play and be able to see everyone safely playing.
