Called repeatedly over the course of 4 weeks and a woman took the messages and assured it would be passed on to Jack (the owner) for a call back No call back. Did this 4 times. Managed to connect once and got a fantastic tale about why there is no death certificate and the body is still sitting in cold storage. As of today, there is no resolution. No body. No certificate. No timeline. Just very creative tales and excuses. Parent gone. Money gone. It's soul crushing that companies like this recklessly make a difficult and painful experience exponentially worse. I have no choice now but to file reports to the appropriate agencies and lawyer up.

The roads throughout the cemetery are properly paved and have many routes for easy access to visit loved ones. The cemetery has a lot of grass, some green, some kinda brown. However, it looks very tidy and well-kept. There's several large trees that give the cemetery an added layer of tranquility. SJ Cemetery is the only large cemetery in the valley and it's centrally located off of San Jacinto. Many folks I've known over the years and locals have relayed that they choose to be buried here. One has a good view of the San Jacinto mountains and the site is pretty quiet. I appreciate that people are respectful when they visit! There's a small office in the center of the cemetery that's open for a limited number of hours. If you're looking to get help or have any questions it's best to visit the cemetery staff early in the morning. SJ's cemetery seems to be economical as it's popular with senior residents of the valley.
