Evans-Brown mortuary was the best place I could have chosen for my husband's services.

Joey greeted us and made sure we had what we needed. They had everything ready on time, were very accommodating and the place was immaculate. The sanctuary itself was beautifully decorated, I felt so comfortable, like I was at home. The bathrooms are super clean and smelled really fresh as well. We wanted to serve coffee and some snacks, they had 3 tables ready to go in the back of the room which I decorated and arranged food on. I brought 2 carafes to make coffee in as well as table decorations and some finger foods. It worked out perfectly. Overall, we were all so grateful for everything England Family Mortuary had to offer and the services they provided. They are 3 generations of caring individuals who put a great deal of pride into their work and mortuary. I would use them again in a second. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, you offered peace and protection during a very hard time. We felt you were on our side. We're so grateful.

We used England Family Mortuary for our Mom's final arrangements (Mom was alive at this time but…read morebarely). Honestly one of the most challenging things I have ever done in my life. It took me about 5 minutes sitting in my car to get myself together to walk into the door. Once I made it past the front door the staff was amazing. A gentleman that I didn't catch his name expressed his genuine condolences and sat me into a conference room. I didn't have to wait long and Zac came in to walk me through everything. When mom did pass. The arrangements were executed without any hiccups. I am very thankful for their service in our time of need and would recommend them to anyone else that has a loved one that needs arrangements done.

By having them guide me through the set up, I had a live bugler that played two songs, including Taps, I had a gun volley that fired shots and gave the shells to my friend's brother, and had the Honor Guard do the Flag Folding Ceremony. Chaplain Erica had me write 3-4 paragraphs about my friend, and she read them aloud which gave a personal touch. She also read an awesome poem about "The Dash" and gave me a laminated copy. She took pictures and video and transferred them to my Apple phone on the spot. Finally, after we left to the Celebration of Life at a nearby resturant (Cactus Cantina was awesome with a free private room as long as you order food), she sent me photos of my friend's grave after the buriel, with the flowers I left on top of his grave. I highly recommend you connect with Chaplain Erica and Joe for your loved one's service, especially if you need guidance.

The communication and information they provided was very helpful along with the experience they had to offer. We ultimately went with someone else as our dates changed and so did our original program. I still appreciated them being available and offering to help us in this time of need.

From the moment we walked in, she was kind, calm, and incredibly professional. She made us feel okay like we weren't alone and guided us through the process with so much care and compassion. Sabrina handled everything with grace and efficiency, making what could have been overwhelming feel simple and manageable. She was respectful of our wishes, sensitive to our emotions, and somehow still managed to make us smile a few times. It truly felt like she cared not just about doing her job well, but about us as people. Thank you, Sabrina, for making a heartbreaking time just a little easier. A huge shoutout to Ralph who went above and beyond for my family. The communication was excellent, and when Ralph wasn't available, another staff member would assist, and they never dropped the ball. There were so many things we didn't think about for my dad's service where the staff was one step ahead and had taken care of anything we missed before we could realize. Finding a specific urn that would fit two niches -- no problem as Ralph personally went to the cemetery and found an urn that can accommodate two. During the hardest time in life, we appreciate everyone! Chelsea was so great during the service. Nothing was rushed, and she was so patient. Thank you for everything!
