As she was writing up my order, she informs me it will take 3-5 business days. At that time, she did not give me an option to pick it up, nor inform me there was a cost for shipping. After 5 business days, I emailed her asking for the status. No response. I called the store and a gentleman said he would check into the order and give me a call back. ironically, that afternoon I received a response to my email from the sales lady. Never a returned called from the salesman. In the email, she informs me that the vendor was an offsite vendor and it takes 2-3 weeks to ship the material. All she wanted was a sale.
