As for the Italian, it seemed a bit skimpy on the meat serving. And there were caramelized onions on half of the sandwhich that we didn't order? So that was odd but it tasted good! I especially liked the oregano and the oil/dressing! The chipotle chicken was a cheesesteak style sandwich with chicken, could've used some more flavor and was a bit dry. Not a bad experience but not one I'd go out of the way for based off this experience alone. The employees seemed nice but a bit frazzled- there was only handful of people in the store if that, but seemed as though they had some larger and multiple online orders. Inside it's a pretty simple sub shop with concrete floors and plenty of tables. The floor was extremely sticky and the bathrooms were not dirty but unorganized.

Overall, though, it would have a much better rating if there were more consistency in the level and efficiency and quality of food. I've gone and had speedy service and completely correct orders and I've gone and waited 25 minutes and had wrong ingredients. They have a variety of cheesesteak options, wings and milkshakes. I like that they have both beef and chicken options for the sandwiches. When they are made well, they are packed with flavor and somehow despite all the ingredients the bread stays firm. But there are times you order and get a sloppy mess with missing ingredients. Overall, the food is tasty and I like that they have long hours on the weekend. I just wish they were more consistent in their quality and service.

Genuinely not two things that generally go together but man... it makes it convenient for a quick lunch stop during a busy day! The online ordering makes it simple and easy to plan ahead and to customize as much as you like without any pressure. We each ordered a junior cheesesteak - which is plenty big for an adult in my opinion. I added a bunch of toppings, and my wife went kind of plain jane with just green peppers and cheese. Both were served quickly and (very) hot on a tasty roll. My one negative comment is that the sandwich was a little greasy and messy, but that's like complaining that your beer is too cold. Anyway, the place was reasonably clean, the guys working the counter were nice, and we enjoyed our meal. I'll be back again.
