Melt is one of my favorite dessert spots. I'm a brownie lover and Melt's traditional brownie doesn't miss! The business model at Melt is too serve six brownie flavors each week. The traditional brownie and the blondie are always on the menu and four new flavors are rolled out every Friday. I check the app each week to see what the new flavors are. Recently the website and app have been a little behind with the flavor updates. I was in the area Friday and decided to stop in just to personally see what was on the menu this week. I was pleasantly surprised to see the turtle brownie and a brownie with strawberry creme cheese. These were not on the site. The turtle brownie is always great. It was my first time seeing the strawberry and it was Good Good. The employee on duty was very nice and helpful. She also told me there have been or will be changes made regarding the weekly Friday menu change. The inside is clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. There's also seating available if you want to enjoy your dessert before leaving. I definitely recommend dining in if you get a brownie sundae.

MELT BROWNIE HAS MELTED AWAY! What happened to my Melt brownie???? I loved it here! I tried to open my Melt app and it says the app is no longer active! I drove to my closest location and it even though google says temporarily closed the place is GUTTED. I have a feeling they are all closed and maybe even never coming back! There is also no website! All the is left inside is a minion cut out and an upside down sign that says melt brownies. Go check on your local Melt brownie as they are NOT ok!

I must be in the minority here because I fail to understand the hype. I've been extremely eager to give Melt a try. I'm a dessert girly through and through. I excitedly walked here after dinner at a nearby eatery. First impression was that the location is depressing. I wouldn't call this "chic". The store itself is fairly large square footage wise and yet the space is empty. There are two small cocktail tables and some oddly placed arm chairs. I wasn't sure if the concept is an eat in type establishment or the Crumbl style "grab and go". They don't seem sure either. Furthermore, the space was dimly lit and used dark colors in its theme. We actually though it was closed when initially walking by. On entry, the staff was friendly and did greet us. Conceptually, this is the Crumbl version of brownies. Not executed as well. There are weekly flavors and then the standards. I ordered a peanut butter flavor while one friend ordered the blondie and the other a classic. We stood around one of the cocktail tables and decided to dig in. I can't say the brownie tasted bad, but it was far from memorable. In fact, the brownie itself was on the dry side. The frosting was the only redeeming quality to it. One friend echoed my sentiments while the other satisfied. Personally, I'm not planning to return. These brownies taste more like cake in texture than they do brownie. A boxed mix would be more satisfying to me or even a grab from the grocery store bakery.

The new location is at a very convenient corner, with a semi private lot and plenty of space. They have a great little area where you can sit and enjoy your treat with a friend and is less take and go like other locations. The staff greats you immediately and we're super helpful. I had a coupons (download the app) and was able to buy 2 get 2, do I was able to sample the weeks rotation. The brownies have the perfect balance of sweet, moist and density. This is a great alternative to the battle of the cookie shoppes.

My kids loved this place!! They have chairs and tables with coloring pages for kids. They have a display for the brownies so you can see what you're getting. They also change their flavors every month. We got the hazelnut and the mud brownie. They were really good!!y kids wanted to split a brownie and they gave us two worms!!!! Great staff and a great location!! We may have found our new fav dessert location!

Thank you so much to the staff for being so nice and knowledgeable. This was my first time in. They asked me that and helped me choose. I think I got 1 of each flavor available to make a 12 pack. It smells soooo good in here. The sweet smell is just irresistible. I love the purple theme ! Super cute it's clean and trendy. I am allergic to nuts so when I asked about only getting brownies without nuts, they did let me know that they could keep them separate but to be aware that they cannot guarantee there was no cross contamination so I should be careful. I appreciate the disclaimer. My family enjoyed the peanut butter brownie and blondies with the nuts and they were surprised that they were still warm when I delivered them I am in love with the Oreo brownie and that butter cream icing whewwww ‍ this was my first time tasting a blondie. I'm impressed! Every last brownie was delish ! Thank you so much Melt !

My husband and I stopped in at this location for their Easter event and decorated brownies! It was such a fun event idea for them to put on and we had a great time learning new skills! The owner walked us through how to do different piping techniques which in my opinion made this turn out way better than expected . As always the brownies are delicious and she. It's your own artwork it makes them taste ten times better! If you haven't been to their newest location in Maitland I highly recommend it!

So as you can see from the photo, I definitely took a bite of each one and then I remembered wait let's take a picture lol the service was absolutely amazing. Both of the young ladies in there were very kind they gave explanations on the different flavors and what they had. Truly excellent customer service. With that being said if you are a brownie/sweets lover, then this place is for you, I got the Peanut Butter, Double chocolate, strawberry crunch, and a Blondie. The peanut butter and chocolate was the perfect balance the chocolate my mother absolutely loved because she is a loving girl, Blondie and strawberry crunch taste like the ice cream, but brownie version. This is excellent. The ambience is a great place for an afternoon or evening dessert.

I wanted to love it here. I really did. It's brownies! What's not to love!? Unfortunately. Everything. The brownies are dry and boring. Truly, just go make a box of brownies, you're better off. Even the specialty brownies were dry, as soon as you got past the bit of whipped cream, or Strawberries, it was just dry brownie. I was VERY excited because they sell a box of just the edges, which are obviously the best part. The edges are not pre-packaged, and they seem to just weight x amount per box. So I asked if my edges box could be part classic and part blondie. The agent was new, and rather than saying "im not sure if that's allowed, let me ask", she said "I don't think so, and I only say that because I'm new and I'm not sure". What a terrible customer service answer. Like, lie to me, tell me it's definitely not a thing. Don't tell me you're too lazy to find out. I guess one plus is that they have decorated the location, and it looks nice-ish? I also gave them a star because my husband tried to the peanut butter one and said it was awesome.

Giant brownies smothered in icing! Each one is very pretty. They have a signature menu & introduce seasonal items. When I visited there were 5 options. I got 4 including a limited release one. I loved the chewy dense texture of the brownie, not cake-like. The toppings were far too sweet for my diabetic-limited taste. I could see kids going wild for these. A great birthday party idea. The staff was as sweet as their brownies! I unfortunately couldn't finish all 4 before they went bad, but that goes to show the bang for your buck. Parking was easy, they have a lot to park in with not too many shared businesses. There were places inside to sit & eat, so everything would be to go. They do provide plastic utensils & lots of napkins.

Melt Brownie has a weekly rotating menu with different delicious creations! Check their website for updates before you go. My friend and I really liked their Dirt Cake Brownie which had crispy edges and was decadent and soft inside. The cashier who took our order even gave us an extra gummy worm since we were sharing. It was so thoughtful and made my night!

A brownie version of a popular cookie chain in which the menu changes weekly, with regular and miniature versions of the menu options. Some brownies are served chilled others are room temperature. A couple of items that I want to point out are the milkshakes and melt, in which you can add ice cream to two brownies. I would return to try other flavors.

Went for the Grand opening and I'm absolutely obsessed with Melt Brownies! The owner and staff are amazing, always making you feel welcome, and the brownies? Simply out of this world. They offer plenty of parking, making it easy to pop in and grab your treats. Prices are reasonable, ranging from $25 for a pack of minis, $14 for a 4-pack, and $4 for a single brownie. They even offer milkshakes to pair with your dessert. I'm thrilled that they're now closer to me, so I can indulge in my favorite treats even more often. If you haven't tried Melt Brownies yet, you're missing out on something truly special!

I've seen them all over social media and definitely wanted to give them a try. If I wasn't so full from blaze, I would've got some of their cream puffs they looked absolutely amazing. I did decided to get a cookies and cream latte, which I feel like their pricing isn't bad, especially for the quality. My drink was good, the coffee was smooth and the cold foam on top with the cookies really was a nice touch. I'll definitely be back to try one of their cream puffs and or other cute pastries.

Bright, clean, and dialed in with pastries that actually look as good as they photograph. You walk in thinking you'll make a quick, responsible choice. Two minutes later you're staring at the case like you're drafting a fantasy team. We went with the cream puff and that was the right move. Light, airy, not overly sweet, and gone in about three bites flat. No notes. Tried the crème brûlée pastry too. Points for creativity all day. It's a cool concept and well executed, just didn't hit the same level as the cream puff. Still good, just not the headliner. And the iced tea deserves a mention. Strong. Like, actually strong. Not the watered-down afterthought you get at most spots. This one shows up with purpose. Overall, easy four stars. Fun stop, great vibe, and a menu that keeps things interesting without trying too hard. Just don't kid yourself into thinking you're only ordering one thing. That plan falls apart immediately.
