I can't speak highly enough about Brett and his crew. We were originally referred to him by our…read moreelectrician as we needed someone to fix some sub-flooring issues. As the project went on, it evolved into a massive remodel, and he has been beyond amazing every step of the way. We aren't local to the area, so we were obviously originally concerned given our prior experience with contractors. Brett has exceeded any and all expectations we had - I wish I could bring him back to our regular house to take care of a few things! He's communicative, professional, incredibly skilled, and only works with the best-quality partners (as an aside, his preferred plumber is a miracle worker and saved the project after we made a poor choice in selecting our original plumber on our own). PLUS, he has an excellent eye for details and design concepts; he recommended some changes I wouldn't have thought to make but which have made all the difference in the final result of the project. He has such a can-do attitude and is just incredibly skilled. And honestly, he is just one of the nicest people we've ever had the pleasure of working with. I should add that when the fellow came to do the measure for the counter top install, he shared that he was so happy to see Brett's truck out front as he knew that his job would be easy because Brett always ensures everything is installed with the highest quality and accuracy - the fact a fellow tradesman would speak so highly and have such confidence in his work says it all. If you're looking for a great contractor, who is fair, skilled, and easy to work with, look no further.

Key learnings: 1- stay on them to be sure your order is progressing, 2- double check dimensions at every stage. I could have hade a good experience if I had done these.

He immediately understood my vision, reviewed my drawings, and took over from there. Chester communicated clearly and appropriately throughout the process, always discussing costs beforehand and never exceeding the budget. When I hit a major snag with the custom shelves I had hauled all the way from Bakersfield--only to find out they wouldn't work (thanks to the original contractor)--Chester stepped up. He seamlessly combined two different bookshelf measurements already in the space to create something entirely new, custom, and perfect. He even went above and beyond, coming in off the clock to help us move a giant fridge through a small door. His professionalism, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail took all the stress out of the project. He made my vision a reality and gave me complete confidence along the way. Chester is not only a phenomenal contractor but also a genuinely great person. If you need someone who can handle it all with expertise and integrity, look no further than Chester and his team.
