During the facial, I was also offered leg compressions while I laid down. It felt great! The facility also has skin care products for sale, which I have on hand, so it's nice to know I'm using a recommended product. I wish they put us in the same room, because it turned out there was a second treatment area in my room which another guest was started there near the end of my treatment. My facial started with cleaning my face, then a hot towel treatment followed by steam treatment and face massage. They also have these leg massagers which inflate and deflate after they zip your legs into them. I kind of wish she told me which serums she was using but also I was kind of glad to lay back and relax, and trust in her process. I have had prior facials elsewhere where they had told me every product used in an effort to upsell me. Then came the blackhead extractions and more creams, then the cooling mask and final hot towel, more serums and sunscreen. My face felt rejuvenated! My spot treatment was for a tiny mole on my upper back. They first applied numbing cream then zapped it at the end of my procedure. Very quick and it stung for only a short while, like she said. We always get general admission and the regular Korean scrub. It is recommended that you arrive at least an hour ir two before scrub time so you can shower and soak to soften that skin! After getting our towels we stored our items in lockers and got showering. They have a mugwort tea tub which is also used to rinse your skin. Be careful not to contaminate the tub with post-rinse tea. The wet area has multiple soaking tubs of various temperature, including one cold plunge. The steam room and dry sauna are also here. It is recommended to rinse off in between the tubs, steam, and sauna. The Korean ladies call your name once it's time to get scrubbing. There are 2 scrub rooms which are both communal and each lady gets her own table. Here is where the magic happens. As you are asked to flip on all 4 sides, they scrub all the dead skin off your entire body, including your nooks and crannies! They rinse you off periodically with warm water and also rub your neck and head. Once you are done you are free to use the heated rooms and salt room. It is not recommended to go back to the wet room post-scrub. I always like to lotion up once I'm squeaky clean and go to the salt room to lay on their heated floor. The heated rooms are dry heat with different themes and temperatures. There is a Korean restaurant on site which smells SO GOOD but we haven't had the timing to try it yet. They also have a tea room for extra charge.

I could hear the whole conversation while I was sitting in the lobby. She told me to leave then later on changed her mind and said I could stay. I can hear her asking my family member a lot of personal questions. When the owner was asked questions she didn't even answer. I thought when you get a massage you're suppose to enjoy and relax and not get asked a lot of personal questions. When we first got there, I sneezed she came out of the room and asked me if I was coughing and if we had covid. I said, "No, we don't have covid, I just coughed. We are vaccinated."
