The good: - There was plenty of meat and it was seasoned well. - There was plenty of cheese and it was Cooper Sharp. - The roll had a nice consistency and flavor. - The girl working the front was friendly. - They had a massive American flag over the register. 'MERICA BABY The not so good: - The 12" steak and a bottle of propel cost $19. I have zero issues paying for good food, but I did find that a bit steep. - The onions were sliced red onion that they sautéed. Wasn't really a "bad" thing, just unexpected. Still tasted fine. - While there was plenty meat, it was packed to the middle and the ends had a lot less. I know that's a bit nit pickey, but it is a pet peeve of mine. All in all I really enjoyed the steak and I'd get it again, but due to the price I wouldn't rush back in or go out of my way necessarily to get back there. I do know food costs are up for everyone, not just consumers, I just figured this steak was bare minimum a $16 steak (if the propel was $3). That puts the cost in the ballpark of Mercatino Italiano and Mercatino's steak is definitely in another class imo.

I think a lot of spots fall short with a crappy roll but this was very good. A couple eggs, a few slices of bacon, plenty of cheese, and I added a hash brown on the sandwich. The flavor was very good, on flavor alone this is in my top 2 I've had in the Lehigh Valley (to date, many more to try). With that said the sandwich and a 20oz soda was $12 and change which I felt was steep. I know inflation is insane and everything is more these days, but it still felt a few dollars high. I saw the sandwich maker ask the lady if she could use some old not great looking bread. The lady who didn't wash her hands after she was eating and took my order picked up the bread with her non gloves hands and asked me if it was okay to use. I replied no it's looks stale and you touched it without gloves on. She threw the bread in the trash and said "okay, we have no bread then". The nice sandwich worker then showed me a nice multi grain ciabatta or French roll and I told her that would be fine. Sandwich was pretty good but because of poor hygiene and sanitary practice, I wont be back.

I got no napkins and also they would not take my American Express card. I was there for 40 mins around 6pm and not one person came into the place. They had some pizza slices out on the display looked old and dried out. They also try to push sides and drinks. Seems to me the business is not doing well. I certainly would not be back.
