We had a water line pipe leaking under our front yard that needed replacing. We searched for…read moreplumbing companies that would be available and affordable. Through Yelp, Metavision LLC was a company that promptly inquired about our situation and offered to come and give a free estimate. The gentleman I spoke with, Brian, was very knowledgeable and professional. He came and assessed the situation and assured they would be able to resolve our leak issues. He had to check his schedule and let me know when they would be able to come for the repair. Communication was consistent by phone or text and they were able to come within 3 days. I received the invoice for the work and the amount was reasonably priced compared to the average price for the work we needed done. The day of the replacement, we were in communication before arrival, during service, and after the work was done. Brian was actually very respectful and personable. He was able to answer any questions we had and offered to assist us further if any more problems occurred. I am happy we chose this business for our repair. They are new to Yelp with not a lot of reviews but have been doing business for over a decade. Black Owned Business too, which I am glad to see as this isn't as common in this industry. I am satisfied with their service and highly recommend them if you need any exterior plumbing repairs!

Larry came out right away and corrected the issue the next day, which was Saturday. While on site, we discussed that we had a bigger issue with the sump pump. Our main drain from our kitchen and laundry area had deteriorated. Our drainage was running into the sump pump creating a bad odor and causing the pump to run a lot. Larry suggested several solutions to fix the issue. Larry and his crew came back several weeks later and replaced the drain line at a reasonable price. They were very professional, worked neatly, and finished what was a big project in a few days. While on the job, we asked if they would do a few small plumbing jobs for us. They were able to finish those jobs also at a very reasonable cost. We are very grateful for the work they provided for us. We will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a good, honest, and fair priced plumber!

Once he arrived, he assessed the issue and fixed it within an hour. My tenant flushed paper towels down the toilet. The following day the plumbing backed up again and I had someone else come out to my property. This person didn't know what they were talking about and tried to get me to replace my main drain leading up to the sewer line. I gave Larry a call back and he came back to the property to remove the remaining paper towels from the drain and my PROBLEM WAS SOLVED. Highly recommend his services.

As a realtor, I have been recommending them to my clients, who keep using them again and again. Julio (the owner) is honest and reasonable when it comes to price and changes that the homeowners requests. It was planned by architect but Julio recommended a change, which was very realistic. My heated floors and fancy shower are perfect. They all know what they are doing. I recently asked Julio to help my elderly neighbor with a smoke detector, he sent his electrician, fixed the issue at no cost. He is a real mench! I always enjoy dealing with him.
