The plumbing company left a mess, damaging our tree, crushing bushes, and leaving big pile of dirt in the yard. We called Ridley's. They came out promptly for an estimate, and once we said yes, they came out promptly and did an amazing job. They did so well that our neighbor was watching them work and hired them on the spot to do some grading in his yard. For the grass, they offered us the option of doing sod or seed. We went with the seed, so the (after) picture just shows the straw, but we anticipate having a beautiful lawn next summer. They were highly professional, worked hard, and simply got the job done as it should be done. We talked to another company that seemed cheaper, but they didn't give me the confidence that Donta gave me, and now that the job is done, I can say that confidence was well placed.

When you call, the girl acts as if she would rather be somewhere else. I gave her my availability to accommodate an in-person estimate which was a 4 hour window from 11am-3pm. She stated she would call me in the morning to advise a more precise time. At 1:30pm, I CALLED THEM and again the same 'I-wish-I-was-on-another-planet' phone reception... and then offered to come out AT 3pm. NOPE. If the phone etiquette matches the service? HARD PASS.

Then a day later told me the machine is too large which is a lie since the guy on sire said the machine can go though the gate but no time since they need to go do another job. Gave different excuses later for not coming back and I am left with a huge stump sticking up 3 feet above ground. Very unhappy. Find a more reilable service.
