When we were referred to a specialist for a specific issue, a few days after our specialist appointment, he contacted me to follow up on the report he received from them and to make sure we were lined up with the appropriate subsequent appointments as needed. The office also has an online portal where I receive a response under 24 hours depending on when I send a message. Plenty of parking in their lot. There is a fish tank, toys and books. They have stickers and candy at the front. But if you also want to go the healthy route, they even offered my daughter an apple that was already washed and ready to go :) I do have to note, we started going to PWG earlier in 2016. My daughter was turning 3 at the time. If your child has a previous pediatrician, they will require those records from them prior to making your first appointment. And while we are quite happy with our primary doctor's "old school" approach, we've confidently recommended Dr Noland to friends and would be happy to see her more regularly ourselves.
