We are so lucky to have found Dr. Jain. She truly goes above and beyond. Our baby is two months old and at just two months old, she caught issues early and made thoughtful referrals to specialists, even advocating and pushing our case. She even noticed things we had missed as parents. She listens carefully, takes every concern seriously, and never makes us feel rushed. On top of that, she responds to messages within one day, which gives us so much peace of mind. She makes sure she responds to every message and her office always gets back to us ASAP. We're incredibly grateful for her care and highly recommend her to any parent looking for a knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate pediatrician. read more

Dr. Arti Jain has been the pediatrician for my daughter since her birth. She has truly been an angel--always there for us whenever we needed her. She has consistently been available via phone or the patient portal, and her after-hours support is incredibly comforting and genuinely makes you feel like family. On one occasion, when our daughter was very sick, Dr. Jain supported us through an online call at 2 a.m., which brought us immense comfort during a very stressful time. Even during regular consultations, she takes the time to answer all of our questions, and we have never felt rushed. I have been living in the United States for over 10 years and have never encountered such a dedicated doctor anywhere. I am deeply grateful for the exceptional care she provides to our daughter. read more

Dr. Jain is fantastic. We moved to US when our daughter was 9 months old and got referred to her clinic by a friend. She made this transition hassle free for us. She is available, patient and engages with the parents to address concerns. The clinic staff is also very helpful and accommodating which adds to the experience. As we move back home, just want to say, thank you Dr. Jain. We will miss your guidance. read more

Dr.Arti Jain is an amazing doctor. I have been consulting with her for both my kids for 12 years now. She is very safe, very caring and always available for her patients. She was a huge support for me during my journey of parenthood twice :) Last month , I faced with a unique situation where my son got 3 shots of Rabbis vaccine in India and had to get the other 2 shots in US. Dr.Arti Jain spent hours to do all the analysis by consulting with specialists, public heath department, various ER departments (as only ER can give post-bite Rabbis shots). She made sure the right and compatible vaccination is given at right times. All thanks to her. read more

My two sons have been visiting Dr Jain for the past 10 years. Dr. Jain is very thorough and professional in her approach. At the same time, she makes sure that the kids are at ease and treats them with utmost care. She is also very patient to answer queries and explains the pros and cons of the treatment. On top of it, she provides holistic approaches to a healthy lifestyle. Thanks a lot for your service, Dr Jain. read more

I wanted to post an updated review and share how much we love Dr Jain. We moved to Gilroy 5.5 years ago and my children are now 14, 12, 9 (almost 10) & 6 (almost 7). We still drive up for all our pediatric needs bc this is how much we love Dr Jain. She's caring and invested in her patients and their well being (physically and emotionally) and really aims to give treat each patient like the most important patient of the day. We understand that with pediatric patients, there are sometimes unpredictable delays and when there are, she's always so apologetic and it shows how much she cares about everyone. If you are looking for the perfect pediatrician for your child, Dr Jain is the best! read more

If you are looking for a pediatrician who is going to be there for your baby when you need it the most, look no further. Dr. Jain is a super talented, knowledgeable, available and friendly doctor who will provide the best care for your baby. She is also on top of things and will follow up closely if the baby isn't well. She's also responsive if you message her on the portal. I had called the clinic past midnight to leave a voicemail hoping that they will follow up on the morning. But to my surprise the doctor picked up the phone herself and offered her advice and I followed up in the morning with her office. My daughter came a few weeks early and was a little weak. Dr.Jain provided the best care to ensure that my baby is back on track and monitored all the vitals very closely on a daily basis. You can be rest assured that Dr.Jain will be right by your side when the going gets tough with your baby. As a parent this really helps put your mind at ease knowing that your baby is getting the best care. read more

Doctor Arti Jain is one of the best pediatricians around. She is as much invested in your child's health and welfare as the parents. If not, even more. She is very proactive in getting the right treatment as early as possible. She fights for your baby, and uses her connections to get the right help for your baby. Doesn't matter the hour of the day, she is there to help in your emergency. We are very glad to have her as a guardian angel for our baby! read more

5 Stars is not enough for Dr Arti, we have been going to her for our daughter and son, she is phenomenal. Daughter is super comfortable with her, and she is super helpful always available, She is by far the best doctor we have for our kids. Staff is also super friendly and clinic is very very good. She is very patient and gives you very good advice!!! We really really recommend Dr Arti Jain. read more

We have been going to Dr Jain for our daughter from when she was born. Dr Jain has provided us with excellent care. During every visit she takes her time with the patient to ensure that all the questions are answered. For sick visits we usually are able to get an appointment the same day or next day or at least an e visit appointment. She prescribes medicines only when required. Her staff are very friendly and patient. She genuinely cares for her patients and is always available to answer any questions. We are grateful to have found her for our child. We would highly recommend Dr Jain anyday. read more

I am so glad we chose Dr Arti as our baby's pediatrician. She is very empathetic. Has received our calls at odd hours. She is very thorough in check ups and follow ups. Having her support in this pandemic time is a blessing . read more

We relocated and had to say goodbye to our longstanding pediatrician, Dr. Jain. We have received exceptional care from Dr. Jain and her staff. She helped us transition into parenthood and oversaw all the health concerns, however big or small we had with our first child. I especially appreciated Dr. Jain personally answering our after-hours calls, late night messages, follow-up calls, and video visits. For patients, this is a huge perk of going with a private practice provider. We feel torn about changing to a major health institution, but we needed to find a provider in our local area where private practice MDs are hard to come by. read more

Dr Jain is our pediatrician and we couldn't be more happy with her. She's very accommodating with appointments and time. When there's any urgent question, she answers calls at any time of the night and she's willing to see us over weekends on a video call if we have any concerns. And she directs us correctly when we need to go to ER or urgent care. It's really reassuring to have a doctor like that when your kid is anxious with new people and feels better to get advice from someone who is already familiar with kids heath history. read more

Dr. Arti Jain has been our kids' pediatrician from birth:) She is very thorough and has been very responsive. If our kids have any issues we drop her a portal message and she quickly responds. Her office staff is amazing too. The wait time is sometimes long, but they do squeeze us in as well when it is really needed. So can't complain. I can't recollect her name but one particular lady always welcomes us with a big smile and talks sweetly with the kids.My baby does not cry much when she gives the vaccine :) read more

She is very responsive and guides correctly. I am happy to choose her as my kid's pediatrician. I really liked the food guidance that she recommended for my kid. The office staff is also good at following up and talking when we visit there. In Covid time, they are having good precautions/e-visits, etc which is really helping. They are also flexible for times and dates if an appointment needs to move for some reason. I would recommend her strongly for other's kids as well. read more

Weeks after visiting Dr. Jain for vaccinations, my daughter starts being scared again and again out of the blue because, as she says "It feels like we are again at that place to do shots". Needless to say, she never had that traumatic experience with any other doctor. On top of it, Dr. Jain were insisting on blood tests that my daughter didn't need, attempting to "motivate" us by saying that otherwise she might need to do x-ray. Again, goes without saying, she didn't need either. Just as a glimpse of what appointment looked like: right during our visit nurse brought her a tray with big syringes, and Dr. Jain started opening and checking these big needles in front of 5 year old kid, saying "Don't worry, it is not for you", which, of course, made her even more petrified in the process. Spare nervous system of your child and find another professional. read more

Dr. Arti is a highly professional and concienceous pediatrician, who spend enough time with her patients kids and their parents to ensure all the right questions have been asked and properly answered whether from her side, or the parents side. I and my wife tried many pediatricians in the Bay Area since we relocated almost 2 years ago, and we decided to continue with Dr.Atri, because simply she is the best, whom we can entrust the health and well-being of our only child. read more

Dr Jain is amazing, I loved having her as our pediatrician. She is very patient with our questions, thorough with the kids examination and has an very warm and friendly staff. She is very accommodating and squeezes us in when the kids fall sick. She responded to our urgent call at late hours when we had newborns. Her wait time does tend to get longer but it has gotten better over the time. I highly recommend her. read more

Dr Jain and her staff have excellent skills with children. My kids love this place and even play a game where one pretends to be "Dr Jain" and the either is a patient. They see us quickly and answer all of my questions. This applies to the front desk as well. They remember the kids and are welcoming. read more

I cannot say enough about Dr. Jain. My oldest "child" is 24 years old, so I have visited my fair share of pediatricians through the years. I have never met a doctor who was as insightful and as caring as Dr. Jain. She truly cared about my daughter and followed up several times to check on her. I am very grateful that we've connected with her as I have, literally, never had such a positive experience with a pediatrician before. Highly recommend. T Miller read more

My kids and I loved Dr. Jain! We went to her for about 3 years before switching doctors. Dr. Jain was always available for us (even though wait times were sometimes long) including one day when the office was closed, but there were concerns with my newborn. She always listened to my concerns and I felt she was always VERY thorough and cautious. We ended up finding a different pediatrician after having my fourth baby and waiting an hour and a half for her newborn visit because there was a mix up and other patients were seen first. I'm including additional information below about things we loved and things we didn't that resulted in us changing pediatricians. Pros: cares so much about my kids, responsive to messages (she has called me directly on numerous occasions), and thorough when concerned about issues. Najwa is phenomenal too, but seems to have taken more of a role in office work than patient work. Cons: must have different email addresses for each child for the patient portal (with four kids this was ridiculous, but with one or two kids it's not a big deal), small office space, dangling cords on curtains right next to exam table, staff was changing frequently and seemed to add to the stress in the office, and new staff often had unrealistic expectations of my kids (stand still, not touch things, stay focused for long periods of time). Ultimately the cons outweighed the pros for us, but I still feel Dr. Jain is a great pediatrician and would recommend her. read more

Worst staff and pediatrician ever. The office is small and dirty, and because she herds patients in like cattle, perpetually overcrowded. If you like waiting up to 2 hours to be seen with an appointment, this is the doctor for you!!! As mentioned, Dr Jain crams in as many patients as possible, so your true appointment time is always over an hour after the booked appointment time. Not once in over 6 visits has my child ever been seen within 30 minutes of the appointment time. The staff hate eachother and are always bickering/giving each other attitude due to being overwhelmed with patients. Most of the staff is nice, but overwhelmed and clearly stressed, and there are 2 nurses that are rude af. Dr Jain herself is cold, rude, condescending - all qualities in a physician that I can and have overlooked in the past due to the physician excelling in other qualities... Unfortunately, other qualities do not exist in this case. After all the waiting you will do to see this lady, she spends a total of 5-8 minutes with you. Our last two visits, she spent 6 minutes with us. She never has any idea why you're in, even if it was written down by the nurse on the chart that she has in her hands.... Seriously?!?! She openly admits that she doesn't follow up with any specialists that your child is seeing. read more

I don't know how to describe my level of frustration after my first pediatrician visit. It was our first visit at the 4'th week.My wife had like around 7-8 questions, (more than usual ) as a first-time parent. she was in there like 15 minutes, first 5 minutes figuring out some technical issues with the computer. 10 Minutes that's it. She was so rude, and she discouraged more questions, which I have never seen with any physicians. My wife felt so terrible, she could not get answers to most of her concerns and she asked us to email the questions. First thing, I came out of the office, I checked for a pediatrician in PAMF and I luckily got one. and now we could have 30 - 40 Minutes with pediatrician and questions are addressed. Please don't go with the Yelp rating. please don't assume it to be best to have desi pediatricians because you are a desi. Do your homework. I learned in a hard way. read more

We just recently had our first child, and found Dr Jain thru a recommendation from my wife's OB. She has been fabulous on both of our visits so far. Answers all our questions and always follows up whenever we need. We strongly recommend her to anyone searching for a great pediatrician. read more

Dr Arti is an angel in disguise. Waiting times are bad but still worth it.

Dr.Jain has been our pediatrician for the last 2.5 years and has been caring for our toddler and our newborn. Dr.Jain is available over weekends and late nights sometimes during emergencies; she is very thorough and has her front foot forward to catch issues. She is however quite busy because she is trying to answer everyone's questions and give best care - so sometimes we do have to wait to see her. Nevertheless I wouldn't trade any other pediatrician for Dr.Jain - she is very sincere in her care for children and is very personable. read more

I could not have more professional, empathetic and knowledgeable Pediatrician for kids. We have been coming here for ages and each time we go back with more than we initially sought out. She takes her time to be thorough and really makes you feel important instead of rushing you through. She is one reason I'd wanna have more kids!! Now I've seen a lot of parents here complaining about Dr Jain's punctuality. Come on folks, you have a choice to go to a big-co-factory that will rush you through a pipeline in the name of efficiency or come to a caring professional who really is there for you to take care of *you* especially in time of need. Sounds very entitled to me! I have on several occasions called in with an hour of notice due to an urgent need for my kids and she made time by actually staying back beyond her hours. Who does that? I would give 10 if I could!!! read more

We are very happy with Dr. Jain, she is easily the best pediatrician around. Dr. Jain always makes time for a sick kid, whether it has been after 6pm on a Friday via phone or hold Saturday evening appointments in her office. She gives full freedom to ask all types of questions. We have also utilized the patient-ally app to send her questions and her responses have been prompt. The front office and nurses are also very good and equally pleasant to interact with. read more

Dr. Arti Jain is very nice, knowledgeable and polite. She goes above and beyond for your kid to get well soon. My son had flu last year and we requested her to get him admitted to the hospital ASAP as we wanted our son to get well soon under a doctor's observation. For this she even cancelled her next patient's appointment and was talking back and forth with the hospital for my son. Second time, on a weekend my son had severe cold n cough. So, dr Arti opened her office on her off day and did check up for my son. Whenever I call office, if its non business hour, dr Arti will attend the call. I like the that Dr Arti cares for your kid even when it's a off day or a weekend. Apart from this, the staff is very good and friendly. read more

This was a traumatic experience for my child. I could tolerate not too pleasant place, but never unprofessional and unethical Dr's behavior.

Update: It's been 3 years now and we are glad we chose Dr.Jain as our son's pediatrician. Whenever I need her advice/suggestion, I leave a message and she always gets back ASAP. As a mother, just speaking to her was a huge relief in many instances as she clears all my doubts and provides references when needed. Same day appointments when sick, proper care and concern, reverting messages, responding to calls, providing referrals - this is what I expected from a pediatrician and she has done it all, not once but many times. I agree you can experience wait times but I cannot complain because I think of some other kid who would have got same day appointment owing to sickness. Overall, we are happy with Arti Pediatrics. Thank you Dr.Jain. read more

We had an emergency (not life threatening), just tried calling Dr. Arti in the middle of the night around 10pm. She picked up, answered our questions patiently. She was also in the middle of answering another call Doctors also have their own life to manage but I really appreciated the timely help. She is very practical about things and is very knowledgeable (it shows). She is busy attending a lot of patients so we try to prepare all our questions beforehand and keep the list as short as possible. This way we end up only asking complicated questions that doesn't have a straightforward answer. Thanks for taking care of Kiara Doctor!!! read more

I highly recommend Dr.Arti Jain she's the one who always ready to listen parents issue regarding their child's problems...such a good soul I have found...I am saying this coz I went through scary moment for my first child when he caught up with jaundice and dr. We have seen Dr Jain for both our sons for almost 3 years now. She was working at 2 other clinics before starting her own practice recently and we have followed her. :-) The thing I like the most about her is that she, being an Indian, understands the Indian lifestyle and food habits. So, we feel that we are seeing someone who understands us and that makes us parents very comfortable specially in illnesses like cold and cough. Overall she has been very responsive and accommodating with the appointments etc. We have moved out of the Bay Area and Dr Jain is one of the few people and things we miss. :-) Good luck to her and God bless. read more

We have been going to to Dr. Jain for quite some time now. She can be on and off. Today was the off day.

4 years and still on with trusting Dr Arti for everything for my twins. My twins were born in Stanford at 7months and needed extra care when we were looking for a pediatrician. Dr. Arti came as highly recommended from one of my frn. Once Stanford did all case transfer to Dr Arti, she has been on top of everything that was needed to make sure that my kids are healthy and strong in all aspects. She is very proactive, always ready to listen and then suggest and guide too. very easy going with kids and very passionate about her job. If I have queries, I can always message her and she responds same day even if it is late night. I can't thank her and her staff enough when she has made exceptions for us or any of her patients in times of urgent care that was needed for my kids. My kids are frns with her and her staff and also get bonus lolipops from her on each visit. Thanks for being our guiding light and supporting us like family Dr Arti. Can never thank you enough. Dr Arti Jain is the pediatrician for my daughter who is currently 1 yr old and I cannot think of a time (from the day 1 till today) we didn't reach out to her for help. We being the first time parents are always scared for the well being of our baby and Dr Jain has always been there and available to help. We have called the doctor even at the oddest hours and can say that there has never been an instance where we didn't get help from the doctor or ever our call was unattended. We even ask the most silliest questions on portal and we get the answer either the same day or the very next day so we do not have to always schedule a doctor visit. Dr Jain's astute judgement for the babies issues, the apt remedy mixed with her personal touch makes her the best Doctor we could ever think of for our baby!
