He's also very responsive over email and has given us lots of prompt and helpful advice that way. Dr. Brown clearly makes an effort to keep up to date on the latest research (for example, he briefed us on recent conflicting studies on whether early introduction of solid foods increases or decreases food allergies in children). He's open-minded and not dogmatic: he supported our decision to have our second baby at home and to forego circumcision, even though these are unconventional decisions. At the same, when the evidence really does support a specific course of action (such following standard vaccination schedules), Dr. Brown doesn't hesitate to say so emphatically. Most importantly, Dr. Brown obviously really cares about his patients. I always look forward to taking my kids to see him - I am glad they have him as such a positive role model in their lives!

My daughter has speech delays so she doesn't verbal communicate as well as the kids her age. However, Dr. Yang always found a way to get to her to speak up; although not a full on conversation but she would verbally say something. Dr, Yang is very sweet and patient, also knowledgeable.
