She even gave me a lab order form for a titers draw in case my school required it since I don't live nearby.

He quickly diagnosed my child and made sure we started the right medication right away. The results spoke for themselves--by the very next day, my child felt significantly better. As a parent, that kind of fast and effective care means everything. Dr. Singh truly knows what he's doing, and you can feel that level of expertise and dedication the moment he walks into the room. We are beyond grateful for his care. If you're looking for a pediatrician who is knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely cares, I highly recommend him. One touching moment was when he shook hand with my older son (at time just passed 18). He had a long "good bye" conversation in a rather thoughtful manner (e.g. wished the boy "lots of good lucks in life" ..etc) ... I didn't catch the significance at that moment, as it was the boy's yearly check-up with no unusual remarks, but as we walked outside I then realized it would be this kid's last visit with Dr. Singh. Thank you Dr. Singh for all these years of high quality care! We are hoping to bring his kids to see you too :)

I loved Dana so much and the office overall did a great job with my little one! But unfortunately,…read morethey terminated our relationship once I declined the vaccines due to everything I have been studying and was met with skepticism and dismissal by Dr. Chase when I mentioned that I have autoimmune conditions that could also be triggered in my baby after being exposed to the heavy metals used for vaccines. Many doctors are backing this up with evidence and they should respect parents' decision on this topic. Later that week, when I mentioned this to my PCP - who's also a conventional medicine doctor, he straight up said: "pediatricians make tons of money with vaccines, so if they kept parents like you it would send a message and they don't want to lose money". It's all about that magic word, isn't it? So sad!

    1. The "chat" function on the account website is a joke. It only replies "sorry, can you type…read moreagain". Do they actually care? 2. The billing department sent me statements that varied from time to time. I udnerstand there was a disconnection between this hospital and my insurance for a period of time. But my visit was not in that window. And after a year, it was supposed to be final.

This review is for Children's Neurology…read more My daughter has had migraines for about 5 or 6 years. She was assigned Dr. M. If I say the name yelp will remove the review. During covid my daughter had video visits or a phone call. Over the years trying to get a neurology appointment here is damn near impossible. You have to schedule literally a year ahead of time. They need to hire more doctors, it's pathetic. My daughter was on rizatriptqn 10mg. I asked if she could have the one that dissolves under the tongue because thats what I take and it hits quicker because it is absorbed under the tongue. He didn't want to do that. At school when she took the 10mg it would make her throw up every time so school would send her home every single time. The clinic tried saying that my daughter wasn't seen in 2-3 years. I told them last year we had a phone appointment with Dr. M to lower the dose, but apparently they don't keep track of that. I told them look at when the meds were put in to change to 5mg... yea thats right, then they found that it hasn't been 3 years since we spoke with the doctor. This is probably the most unorganized office I have ever dealt with. They said that we needed to come in person for a followup which we did. I asked if she can take a preventative medicine since she gets so many migraines every month. He said no. We asked about any other options. So he changed the meds to sumatriptan which didn't do a thing. I had to take he to the ER for a migraine because she didn't have any meds that worked. But this office could care less. The E.R. asked about her migraine history and I told them about her doctor and what she has tried without anything helping greatly. We were going on vacation so I called and asked if the doctor can refill rizatriptan because sumatriptan didn't work. Never got a response. I sent a message on myhealth and called every day that week. I was told every single day they would have the doctor call me. I told them we were leaving on vacation at the end of the week so need it asap. They messaged me on myhealth saying he may want to change to a different medicine. Its never a good idea to try a new med when your going on vacation let alone going to another country. I called again and again and they kept telling me he would call me back. Never happened. It's been 3 weeks,,,, 3 freaking weeks and NOTHING. Thank God she hasn't had a really bad migraine. So this last week.... again calling everyday and I told them Monday I want my daughter to have a new doctor. Again they tell me someone will call me. I call back again Wednesday and they again said I would get a call and that it went to the manager and they saw my notes. They said if I don't hear anything by Friday to ask to talk to the manager. Which I did and they didn't transfer me to the manager. They said Tracy is the manager and was talking to Morgan about it; That for sure one of them would call me within a couple hours. He kept putting me on hold, I was on the phone for over an hour which is outrageous. The guy said he needed to put me on hold again for about 4 minutes, this was about 6 times by now. I told him no, that I have other phone calls to make and asked if they are for sure calling me today, he said yes, they are figuring it out. I said highly doubtful they are going to call me because Ive heard that at least 12 times. No shock, no response. It shouldn't be THAT hard to get a different doctor, that my daughter needs her meds, this is outrageous. Im going to call my daughter prime doctor to request a referral to a different Neurology place. I wouldn't recommend bringing your kids to neurology because you wont get seen in a timely manner (can't schedule even a phone appointment for 6-12 months), never ever get a call back when they say, rarely get a response on myheqlth and NEVER get a call from the doctor when the nurses claim they will call.

One of my children has some special needs, and Dr. Lo is by far the most helpful, in terms of telling us what to do to seek diagnosis and referring us to different resources. That is probably the reason why her patients have to wait their turns to be seen by her, unlike some doctors that rush patients that they/their parents don't even have a chance to ask questions. She is very helpful and knowledgeable about children health & issues. If she feels that her patients need to be seen by specialists, she will give reference as who to call/see. I highly recommend Dr. Lo as a pediatrician, I certainly am very happy to have her for my children.
