When Dr. Neil finally arrived he was agitated, rough, and clumsy, even dropping a piece of equipment into my mouth and barking "don't swallow that!" After the procedure he disappeared quickly without comment, leaving the assistant to apologize and offer care advice. On my return check up Dr. Neil kept me waiting for 30 minutes and was again visibly agitated. He had trouble removing the cap on my implant and for the second time dropped a tool in my mouth. By the time he'd finished my lip was bleeding and I had a bruise on my cheek. He left without offering reassurance or apology. Two weeks have passed and my jaw is still aching from this encounter. Honestly, I was a bit stunned; Craig Neal's rough manner, lack of social skills, and clumsy handling of tools was surprising considering the extravagant cost of the procedure.

No such courtesy. I can't seem to ever get ahold of anyone on phone, but sure, they didn't have any problem alerting me when they couldn't get my claim to go through. I called my insurance after and was told they did not see such rejected claim. I got my insurance to connect with the practice (you are welcome!). I called the office several times in an attempt to get a status update. One day I called 20 minutes before closing and couldn't get through. Tried again, got someone only to get hung up on. Called a third time, got placed on hold by someone for 20 minutes only to get disconnected. They will answer your call... only as a new patient so they could get your business.... GOOD LUCK.

My mom was in so much pain that Dr. Sarram told her to take 3 ibuprofen & 1 extra Tylenol together every 8 hrs because that combo is STRONGER than a narcotic. Then, when she went to get the root canal on Thurs, the Dr didn't do it because she wasn't in that much pain!! That night, I almost had to take my mom to the ER due to pain. I called Dr. Sarram Friday morning and she couldn't see my mom until Monday because the office was closed and she had to teach at the UW that day! Then she told me to find another dr!!!! We did and Alderwood Endo is great. They performed the procedure that Monday and one of the 3 roots of the molar was already dead which was causing the significant pain. My mother had to suffer 4 extra days of pain and stress to her 80+ yr old liver taking narcotic levels of pain killers because of Dr. Sarram. Do not be her next patient.
