They canceled themselves from being my co-host after a year of working together, all of the sudden without respecting the 30 days notice. They left me with 11 booked reservations which they were supposed to take care of, because me, as owner I do not live where my Airbnb property is. This is the reason why I hired them. Everything happened after I made them notice that they were charging me 20% commission fee not only on the bookings earnings but as well as the cleaning fee the guest was paying. They did that for 74 times. Moreover they always kept the money of the cleaning fee even when guests have cancelled their reservation. Therefore, the apt didn't need to be cleaned. They also charged me money such as plumbing issues without providing me any invoice of that job. Saying that was a private plumber who doesn't make invoice. Once they also charged me $100 more on an invoice when they add the booking fees plus the cleaning fees. When I told them. They replay blaming an intern they hired. Within a year of working with them I never spoke with any intern. After presenting them all the dishonest and fraudulent; I reported them to Airbnb as well as PayPal (platform used to transfer them the money) Also, one more thing since they manage properties in states such as Florida and Colorado. Very often they were sending wrong check in instructions to my guests. Instructions to check-in into an apartment in Miami when my Airbnb property was in Denver. The guests many time were so confused. They're claiming of managing 36 properties Why there are zero reviews on the web. Do not work with them. It is an horrible company in my opinion.

We looked in yelp and wanted to contact her based on all the great reviews. Paula was very professional, responsive and honest. She is also very attentive to her clients and a breath of fresh air for this industry. She quickly became invaluable to our needs and the best person for the job. When we called and spoke to her, she promptly made time to meet us at her office or a place of our preference. Before the meeting she sent us a booklet by email (authored by her!) that lays out the process very simply. It prepared us for the meeting and process as a whole. The booklet was a very helpful and a nice surprise we didn't expect. When we met we knew right away we would go with Paula as our realtor. She was very forthcoming, professional and ethical. The type of person that you want to do business with and lookout for your interest. She already had an idea of the area we were looking in and our needs based on the phone conversation. She prepared a folder with research of the market in that area and explained us the numbers what they meant and what we would expect. She is also a very knowledgeable and a great communicator, thereby making us know we were in the right hands. Through out the process she used her expertise and smarts to guide us and help us understand better what it was we wanted and what we would be looking at in term of the process, the time, and the possible costs associated with buying a house. Paula would promptly answer her phone, text us or email us when we had questions. She returned calls with answers to our concerns very quickly. She also was right-on regarding her opinion on worth of houses and repairs we would need. Her guidance helped us to make a better decision and we are grateful that we were able to work with her on buying our first home. She was also very flexible and understanding of our schedule to show us houses when our schedule allowed. She leverages technology to make things happen quickly. She asked our preference and based on that used Phone, email, text, personalized timeline to not miss timelines, easy electronic documents and whatever else technology is available! This made it very easy to communicate, keep deadlines and sign contracts when making an offer. It saved us lots of time and stress!
