The only thing going for this place is its location. It's close to the library, adjacent to a park, and a beach. Parking is difficult for visitors because the visitor's lot is usually taken up by the residents of the neighboring apartments, which doesn't have its own parking lot or taken up by people going to the beach. I initially decide to do the business with them as they promised "the best service in the area" there because they had attorneys and all other support in the premises. Ok, everything was very promising. I went to Nationwide Property Management to discuss it, Ksenia or whatever her name was took the deposit and promised to call me within 24 hours. Well, not a bad start i thought, but little i knew that it was a spam. She took the money and closed files, handled my details to a third party company and said to call them instead. I talked to that company and they said that I would have to talk to Ksenya about any disputes. Ksenya of course said that they can't help me. So they intentionally conducted fraud, avoid them at any cost.. SPAM...FRAUD...SCHEMERS...

I believe that Icon Realty was involved in hacking my bank account. I leased an apartment in the heart of las olas/Fort Lauderdale from December 2016, from Atlantic loft llc. I agreed to pay a 2 month security deposit of $2400 as well as first, last and security (pretty standard) got my key, etcétera. After 2 different companies handling our property, ICON Realty came in January 2020 and revamped property by implementing a ***online payment service ***** aka , a way to get into your bank account. I questioned who this is and why I had to use this system to pay, not only to be replied with "It is our new system and you have to use it, you must pay rent this way or consult your attorney" As I went ahead and used it but decided to not renew my upcoming ending lease of 3/30/20. I emailed, texted and explain that I would not be renewing the lease because not only I don't trust the payment system, I had a very difficult time communicating with Benjamin (who by the way runs the whole thing). He ignored all my calls and the ones he replied, he did very rudely. I promptly moved out on schedule and handed him the keys along with my original lease agreement. He took the keys and said that He did not have a refund and I would need to wait 30 days to receive one on the mail. Now 30 days later. My bank account has been HACKED and bank investigated the multiple charges leading back to that January rent payment. I have been getting random withdrawals from different wiring entities totaling over 1k so far. Due to covid19, I can not yet file a claim in court. And the reason I am writing this is to WARN tenants and landlords about companies like this! I am attaching the refund check I just received. What a joke! See you in court.
