The only thing going for this place is its location. It's close to the library, adjacent to a park, and a beach. Parking is difficult for visitors because the visitor's lot is usually taken up by the residents of the neighboring apartments, which doesn't have its own parking lot or taken up by people going to the beach. I initially decide to do the business with them as they promised "the best service in the area" there because they had attorneys and all other support in the premises. Ok, everything was very promising. I went to Nationwide Property Management to discuss it, Ksenia or whatever her name was took the deposit and promised to call me within 24 hours. Well, not a bad start i thought, but little i knew that it was a spam. She took the money and closed files, handled my details to a third party company and said to call them instead. I talked to that company and they said that I would have to talk to Ksenya about any disputes. Ksenya of course said that they can't help me. So they intentionally conducted fraud, avoid them at any cost.. SPAM...FRAUD...SCHEMERS...

They deal with the renters and any issues that may arise and while they get a 20% fee, overall I'm making a huge profit and can still hold onto my property. Highly recommend using them!

Therefore, I knew I needed a property management company to handle those unique set of challenges in my absence. I had researched many properties management companies online in the Fort Lauderdale area. I happened to come across Icon Realty Management and Brokerage. After reading the great reviews and my conversation with Ben and finally meeting him at the property. I decided to have them manage my property. Within 2 days of Icon Realty having the property in their listings, it was rented on day 2 (two). Ben, At Icon Realty has truly been professional and responsive thought the whole process. I highly recommend Ben from Icon Management for anyone looking for a Management and Brokerage firm. DM Celebration, FL

I waited 30 Days to post this review to give Benjamin the benefit of the doubt, to give him a…read morechance to prove his word as a property management company but here is the proof that he is a SCAM artist. I believe that Icon Realty was involved in hacking my bank account. I leased an apartment in the heart of las olas/Fort Lauderdale from December 2016, from Atlantic loft llc. I agreed to pay a 2 month security deposit of $2400 as well as first, last and security (pretty standard) got my key, etcétera. After 2 different companies handling our property, ICON Realty came in January 2020 and revamped property by implementing a ***online payment service ***** aka , a way to get into your bank account. I questioned who this is and why I had to use this system to pay, not only to be replied with "It is our new system and you have to use it, you must pay rent this way or consult your attorney" As I went ahead and used it but decided to not renew my upcoming ending lease of 3/30/20. I emailed, texted and explain that I would not be renewing the lease because not only I don't trust the payment system, I had a very difficult time communicating with Benjamin (who by the way runs the whole thing). He ignored all my calls and the ones he replied, he did very rudely. I promptly moved out on schedule and handed him the keys along with my original lease agreement. He took the keys and said that He did not have a refund and I would need to wait 30 days to receive one on the mail. Now 30 days later. My bank account has been HACKED and bank investigated the multiple charges leading back to that January rent payment. I have been getting random withdrawals from different wiring entities totaling over 1k so far. Due to covid19, I can not yet file a claim in court. And the reason I am writing this is to WARN tenants and landlords about companies like this! I am attaching the refund check I just received. What a joke! See you in court.

I've learned over the years how to identify quality in a property manager and real estate service,…read moreand Florida Property Management Services LLC is the highest calibre in these respects. Let me speak to their property management service in South Florida, specifically. I own properties in Boca Raton, Florida and Kaneohe, Hawaii and over the last decade I've experienced a wide spectrum of property managers. It took me several years to learn what makes a great property manager, and it took my entrusting the care of my Boca property to Florida Property Management Services LLC to experience first-hand truly outstanding property management service (In Hawaii, Belinda Barnes of Hawaii Homes for Sale LLC is also outstanding). Simply put: I never worry about my house in Boca Raton because Florida Property Management Services is always multiple steps ahead of any contingency that could affect the property. For example, when Hurricane Ida was tentatively forecasted to impact South Florida, Gaston and Rebeca personally went to my property the week beforehand to inspect that the hurricane shutters were in place and ready for the storm. They noticed that one of the new shutters didn't fit like it should and personally oversaw it's repair before the storm in order to protect my property. In another example, prior to putting my house on the rental market, Gaston conducted a thorough property valuation and rental assessment from which he discerned the best price-point to attract prospective tenants and get the house rented as soon as possible; Gaston didn't just pick a number to appease me or leave me in a situation where my house was over or underappreciated, he did the analysis and presented me a studied price-point backed by data that got my property rented quickly. These are just a couple examples of this company that set them apart from other management services. In total, though, every interaction I've had with Florida Property Management Services has been outstanding. From executing meticulous inspections to managing upkeep services and maintenance repairs that sustain the value and rentability of my property to finding trustworthy tenants and developing a long-standing professional rapport with them, Florida Property Management Services LLC does it all, and, importantly, does it all very well. I can't overstate the peace-of-mind I have having entrusted Gaston and Rebeca of Florida Property Management Services to manage my property. I mentioned before that I've experienced a range of property managers over the years. To be candid, an inexperienced, incompetent or, yes, unfortunately, lazy property manager can end up costing tens of thousands of dollars in lost income and other fees, and that doesn't account for the stressors associated with replacing these individuals. Rebeca and Gaston are on the opposite end of this spectrum and have cared for and protected my investment as if it were their own. Make no mistake, Florida Property Management Services LLC is the top-shelf in property management; the 5 Stars is not hyperbolic, I am incredibly grateful they are managing my property. Erin K. Nick was an amazing realtor and we would use him again without hesitation. Professional,…read moretrustworthy, and super responsive and attentive to his client's needs. We reached out to him back in March 2022 when I was stationed in NM. The timing of our move back to FL and our hesitation as our first-time buyers led us to rent an apartment once we got back in October 2022. But shortly after we signed the lease we found out my wife was pregnant and we quickly realized we didn't want to be in an apartment with a baby on the way. So we started looking seriously and Nick went from 0 to 100 right along with us. Trevor was at most of our showings, but Trevor is equally awesome! We probably looked at ~15 houses, maybe double that if you count all the random open houses we went to every weekend and texted him about. We'd love a house, not care for it the next day. Think we could handle a fixer upper, realize we definitely couldn't. Fall in love with something way over our budget and take a break from looking all together. Despite how many times we went hot and cold because of the market, Nick was always super patient with us, and we NEVER felt pressured about anything. When we finally found "the one" the process was so smooth it almost seemed too easy. Like they really gave us the keys to a house?! Haha that's nuts. But it's just proof that his 100% drama free mantra is absolutely true. As a South Florida native too, something else I really appreciated about Nick was how evident it was that he has roots and connections here. Every other party we needed to work with throughout the home buying process he recommended was amazing, from the home inspector to our mortgage lender. After closing, we had some minor hiccups and Nick's still been there for us. We're so excited to settle into the perfect first home for our growing family.
