After contacting them today to inform them that our dryer vent is STILL blocked, I was told they couldn't come back until August 20th. I am now having to pay a second company to come out to fix what should have been done correctly the first time. Pictures below of what was left in our vent. I asked to be refunded a portion of our payment and have gotten no response.
