Everyone in line was just getting food to go, so I joined the queue. I walked in, stood in line, and then made my order; "fish and chips, please". Fish and chips went in the fryer, and I started salivating at the thought of my first bite of authentic British fish and chips. When my order started to come up, I was quite confused. It was good, really good. It tasted clean, fresh and even the oil used had a crisp taste. You don't even need catsup for this lot. I ended up trying a couple of my friend's chips, the next thing she had to do was fend me off of her hearty serving. I went back the next day and ordered the fish roe. I ordered 2 pieces, beware for they are hockey puck sized! A very generous size. Yum! So did I go back the day after that...? Yes. This time I had cod fish and chips. The girls handed me my paper wrapped meal and a handful of tissue, knowing I was a full fledged deep fried addict at this point. They have a good selections of deep fried goodies on the board.
