COVERED. Another facial that was cut short time wise. Then the worst massage of my life. And now, I went for a Blow Out... easy, no big deal. The stylist messed up drying my bangs again, no big deal. I asked her to trim them a bit and add a bit more hair to the bang, she cut a HUGE chunk of my hair to create more bangs and now my head looks like a mushroom. I am so frustrated & annoyed. It cost well over $100 for a god awful blow out. The owner of this Spa needs to really get on her employees for the poor service. It's really unacceptable.
