It's clean , bright and very welcoming. The staff are professional and friendly And I'm never disappointed in how my nails turn out. That being said I absolutely love going for a tan . I don't usually need to schedule as they have about 6 beds at several different levels of rays During the winter when our daylight hours are limited I get to just close the door lay down and relax. I sometimes find myself falling asleep. The beds are always clean and prepped and if you forget your lotions they have lots of sample size or bottles of high-end lotions to choose from. My favorite bed is the bronze not too hot or too cold. The perfect amount of rays to Jumpstart your tan for summer or vacation or just to have a little color in your cheeks during the colder months If the bronze bed is not available the staff will often offer an upgrade to the next level. When you first walk in a staff usually YELLS out across the room "what do you want?" in a sort of rude tone and I don't feel comfortable yelling back. I was so startled by the dog charging at me. Despite having called ahead to let them know I was coming, the dog was not secured. Only after a few tense moments did Ming leash the dog and bring him inside. It was a really uncomfortable! Things only got worse from there. Ming kept switching between clients, including one who arrived after me. Instead of focusing on my appointment, she had a man named John work on my nails, someone who was clearly inexperienced. The way he applied the polish was clumsy, leaving bumps, uneven texture, and messy edges around my cuticles. He didn't file or clean up the nails at the end like other professional salons do. What made it worse was that Ming clearly knew he was doing a bad job. She started yelling at him in another language while I was sitting there. I could tell from her facial expressions and the few English words she used that she was frustrated with his work. Yet, she still allowed him to continue. At one point, she even took over and fixed one of the hands herself because the work was that poor. but after that, she handed it back to him to finish the rest. It made me feel like she didn't care about the quality at all. I paid $50 for this appointment, and I honestly feel like I wasted both my money and my time. My nails look messy and unprofessional. Definitely not going back. Would give zero stars if I could!!

I've finished 7 sessions of laser hair removal for my underarms, upper lip and brazilian. Each Esthetician I saw was gentle and polite, and the results are very satisfying! I've also taken advantage of their seasonal promotions and got a fountain of youth facial. It was an enjoyable service for the price. I have and will continue to recommended friends to get laser hair removal from here. It is worth the value.

This time the laser machine had broken down and still I did not receive a phone call to notify me of the delay or to reschedule. Not only do I drive 4 hours round-trip to give them my business but also take the day off work. Again - the malfunction is not within their control but making a phone call is.
