Part of the reason it took so long was because a very nice young girl who hardly spoke English started my pedicure and she was doing a great job. They got busy so the young girl was pulled to do another pedicure while a young man came out from the back to finish mine. He touched both of my big toe nails, ruining the great job the young girl had done. He proceeded to redo them but did not put a clear coat on first and these 2 nails look quite unprofessional compared to the others the young girl did for me. They charged me $40 which I think was okay but never having had one before, I'm not entirely sure. Not sure I would return to this location.

The girl told me to come back at 2pm and she would fix it. It was about 12pm at this time. I waited around for 2 hours and when I came back at 2pm another girl told me that the initial girl who told me to come back 2pm has left and no one else could fix my nail. If you don't want to do just one nail they could have told me that and not told me to wait TWO HOURS just to not do it in the end.

The prices are wrong on the website first of all then they made my poor grandma walk on a slippery wax paper because she was unable to take her shoes off. The lady kept trying to do shellac even though we probably told her 10+ times no. Then they didn't even dry her nails and kept trying to get us out the salon. All we wanted was to treat my grandma to a nice day out since her chemo has been so difficult and this was the exact opposite. I've heard this use to be a nice place but it's different owners now, they also let a dog run all around the salon. Just don't even go here, there's way better options.

I was so startled by the dog charging at me. Despite having called ahead to let them know I was coming, the dog was not secured. Only after a few tense moments did Ming leash the dog and bring him inside. It was a really uncomfortable! Things only got worse from there. Ming kept switching between clients, including one who arrived after me. Instead of focusing on my appointment, she had a man named John work on my nails, someone who was clearly inexperienced. The way he applied the polish was clumsy, leaving bumps, uneven texture, and messy edges around my cuticles. He didn't file or clean up the nails at the end like other professional salons do. What made it worse was that Ming clearly knew he was doing a bad job. She started yelling at him in another language while I was sitting there. I could tell from her facial expressions and the few English words she used that she was frustrated with his work. Yet, she still allowed him to continue. At one point, she even took over and fixed one of the hands herself because the work was that poor. but after that, she handed it back to him to finish the rest. It made me feel like she didn't care about the quality at all. I paid $50 for this appointment, and I honestly feel like I wasted both my money and my time. My nails look messy and unprofessional. Definitely not going back. Would give zero stars if I could!!

The location is a bit hidden in plain sight ( Blame google maps ) but I called the staff when I got lost and they guided me in !
