I went again and purchased new hair from the salon for extensions that cost me $640 this time but was told would be same price as last .Hair looke new but not same quality feels different and just from brushing is slit ends all the way through not to mention already have hair falling out in 2 weeks where it is to last up to 6weeks. I have called to complain and received nothing but attitude not only from the owner Shannon but the receptionist as well. Was told I am not a good candidate for extensions because I complained and that I can come in and have taken out at a cost and get my money back

My hair was all grown out No style Roots all grown out To make matters worse I took scissors and made a further mess. Jamie worked her magic - Foil Coloured Wash and Cut (2hours) FAST I showed her a photo of what I normally look like and the results are FANTASTIC!! She even added a pink flare. I feel wonderful - me again Thank you Jamie I've already booked my next appointment with her. Well, I finally decided to try this one. I couldn't have been happier. I have now been going to this place for 5 years. Karen is my stylist but most of the ones there are just amazing. They communicate with you to see what you want and they -listen-. That's the hardest part. All the people who work elsewhere I think really lack that key note. They are rather frustrating. City Cutz listens and my god they are amazing! I recommend them 100%!

She's helped me go from a buzzed cut up the back of my head to long hair, helping me through the challenging stages along the way. She even nursed my hair when I lost quite a bit due to surgery. The ladies in the front of the store also know their products. They listen to what I need, and always help me find the right product. Not easy for fine, colour treated hair, with scalp issues.

She's super great to us every time I call - even when I call last minute, Donna always makes it work. The prices are excellent, as is the overall service.
