I asked her to trim them a bit and add a bit more hair to the bang, she cut a HUGE chunk of my hair to create more bangs and now my head looks like a mushroom. I am so frustrated & annoyed. It cost well over $100 for a god awful blow out. The owner of this Spa needs to really get on her employees for the poor service. It's really unacceptable.
