Nails were not properly filed down and you could see scratches all over. Asked for clear top coats and one of us wanted a small heart on one finger which both girls completely ignored. Didnt even ask if they were good when they were finished just said "okay done" and IMMEDIATELY got up and walked away. We both had to redo our nails when we got home as it didn't even look like we had gone to an appointment.

Three Strikes - YOU'RE OUT!!…read more Save yourself the pain of going to W. Nail Bar (or Wasaga Nail Spa) they go by both names. I've now given this place 3 chances and they are horrible. Spilled nail polish all over my phone, my manicure looked like it was done by two different people and didn't match at all. After 3 hours I finally gave up and and went to another salon to have them painted. Another visit they butchered my eyebrows - which didn't match when I walked out. 1.5 hours to get a polish change - and it wasn't what I requested. VERY OVERPRICED when all you get is a basic massage. We got the couples massage package that came…read morewith a hand and foot paraffin treatment. Not only was he massage VERY average (we've both had a lot better elsewhere) but the price is WAY too expensive for what you get. A normal couples massage with RMTs usually costs us about $200. This massage costs us $450!!! Not to mention that the "paraffin treatment" was literally them putting a hot bag of paraffin on our hands and feet......that's it!! Nothing else....nothing more. Aside from the extremely over-priced but VERY average massage, you weren't allowed to use their bathroom so you have to take the elevators downstairs to the hotel and use the bathroom there. And it really seemed that because we had to use the bathroom downstairs that they counted this as our massage time. Therefore we only really got a 50 minute massage instead of an hour. ALSO, this is a big one.....the lotion they use......is FREEZING!! Both my wife and I were freezing at the end of the massage and every time you start to relax during the massage they put even more FREEZING lotion on you. It's like a jolt of electricity. Very uncomfortable and it makes it for a very UN-relaxing massage. We won't be returning. Save your money and go elsewhere. Oh, and did I mention that because the spa is next door to the hotel pool, the entire spa smells like chlorine. This is definitely NOT a "resort" quality spa.

I had a massage which was fantastic and a pedicure which was so nice and relaxing. The spa is huge, maybe 6 treatment rooms and a big room for pedicures, manicures and makeup. Every person in the spa was helpful and so polite. Apparently it's been here for 11 years and nobody has Yelped it before - shame on everyone !!! Yell from the treetops this wonderful spa is here !!
