I told her EXACTLY what I wanted and told her constantly that I work in an office and I need my nails to be SUPER SHORT as I don't like long nails in general. She said OK, as she was working on my nails I would tell her repeatedly that they are long still and one of the hands nails does not match the other hand, one hand the nails are much longer than the other, she kept on telling me "no it's not, it's just you" again I repeated myself one more time to her and she wouldn't get it so I left as I was getting late for another appointment. As I got home it was bothering me ALOT, so a day later I went to her and told her if she can shorten the nail. When I got there, She was EXTREAMLY rude, wouldn't listen to what I had to say, she kept on making me to repeat myself OVER AND OVER and she started talking shit in her language with Rose and wanted to charge me another $15.00 to just shorted the nails, she was frustrated and REALLY wanted to make some MORE MONEY just to simply shorten it. Told her I was never going to come here again and that I will never forget this experience that I had with her. I normally never write a bad review only positive but this was something else, I can now see and understand why they are never busy and why they don't have customers. Go anywhere but here.

It wasn't even like I had fungus growing on me either. Notably, I had Cindy who was really slow on the pedi. Then today... I had Cindy, again. I picked a color that looked thick and nice on the example nail. But on my nail, it ended up being transparent. If I had nice natural nail tips... maybe I could pull it off as hipster/trendy, but this wasn't the case. Cindy did not tell me that it would look transparent, she just acted like everything was fine. The worst part was that when I told her how I felt, she tried to convince me that it was a good colour/look, and so did the manager. I mean, I think it's a no brainer that you're not looking for transparent nails, unless you ask for them specifically. So to rectify, they just took off the top coat, and put another colour that I chose. Obviously, to make it easy, since I was already there for an hour, I picked a dark colour. Right now, I have the remnant orange popping from the sides of the dark blue - poor job. Anyways, this experience took 1:30hr. Normally, a shellac experience should only take 45mins. If I was customer service, I would have offered a second appointment in the next couple of days to fix it for free. Now, I'm just never gonna go back. $25 + tip to waste my time and my money.
