Understanding that things happen I rush my schedule and agree to the 12:30 spot. Upon arrival at 12:24 the salon phoned me telling me I am late. I state we agreed on 12:30 when I had a 1pm appt. they said that I was supposed to be here at12 and argued with me saying there's nothing that they can do. I asked for a reschedule and they had zero openings for the next week when I already pre booked this appt a month in advance.
