I was accused of being "a high stress person" because I ask too many questions about the highlights- lowlight procedure. I did not feel confident with what was happening because the stylist was talking loudly and laughing with the other stylists constantly. The atmosphere is not high end salon quality but is friendly low-key casual ( messy) so it did not suit me. Better for men and kids I think.
