After an hour it was my turn... or so it should have been. 3 more customers came in after I did and took priority because the employees knew them personally. After waiting for an additional 20 minutes and it being blatantly obvious that "friends" of this establishment will get served first over customers who have been waiting. This SuperCuts will never get my business and if you don't feel like waiting an hour and half (or more if some "friends" come in) for a 10 minute haircut I suggest you look elsewhere. Made me nervous that there was a stylist not wearing a mask due to a medical condition. If she has a medical condition, then she should wear a face mask or not work with the public. Manager talks to staff about you as if you are not there. Save your money or treat yourself to a day spa in Collingwood or Barrie, you will be much happier.

Lisa G. at David Hillis is the best blonde colour expert I have ever experienced. Every time I leave her chair I feel like a million bucks, and the compliments pile up. She is excellent at listening to and discerning her clients needs, and even though my hair is long right now, the next time I go short I will make the long trip out to see her. The precision cuts I have received from her in the past have been dynamic and easy to maintain. It kind of makes me want to take the plunge again!
