Meh. I walked in to this place for the first time and wanted to know which of their artists would be best for my mandala tattoo. The girl at the desk didn't give me any info or advice about the artists. She told me I had to choose the artist myself after looking through samples of their work. I will be going with another shop who really know's their artist's skills and specialties. read more

My boyfriend was over charged for his tattoo. It was quoted at $350, mins you he had already paid his deposit 2 weeks prior, so the total should have only been $300 plus taxes, but they had added his already paid deposit into his total and somehow by the end of everything he had to pay $395 (which they had added extra plus the deposit which was already paid as stated prior) After the deposit and the final payment the total amount was $451. Then when he told them the deposit was already paid they still made him pay the $395. So very unimpressed and feeling super angry. read more

Had an appt oct 25 for two pieces. As I've had done before at other tatt shops, I put a deposit, booked my appt and gave the artist an idea of what I wanted. Normally a professional artist would send ideas before the appt, so that the customer can approve or voice their opinion prior to the appt. I did not hear from him and when I showed up the day of, he only then started the sketch. I didn't agree with what he had. I had one simple lettering tattoo done that day, and have still waited for the artist to get back to me. Through one email he stated he's busy with other people's sketches who have appts booked. Mine was booked from oct 25 and he has failed to work on mine despite still having a deposit. I've asked and he won't refund my deposit and doesn't seem to want to work something out as far as doing the tatt I have a deposit in for. Very unprofessional, fraudulent at best. read more

Went into the shop last night for touch up on my tattoo as well as my son's thatbwe got in August. He also wanted a new tattoo, the artist quoted me 120.00 an hour. she ended up taking alittle less than an hour but when I got to the front the girl said I owed 270.00 I asked why when the artist quoted 120.00 per hour. The girl at the desk said oh its taxes. I looked at her and said 150.00 in taxes? They just shrugged their shoulders. I have been to this shop and my 2 sons and dad and myself have all got a tattoo 5 tattoo actually since July 2022. I got my 2 sons noses puecred and my Darth pierced here. and we came back to purchase new jewelery. After last night I will not be back. I had discussed with the artist the next tattoos I want over the next couple of weeks and my other son who will be getting his tattoo. I will go somewhere else and uild new relationships with other artists who aren't trying to scam. Really disappointed. I'll be sure to spread the experience around town. read more

I highly recommend Kyle as a tattoo artist. He's done a great job on creating and tattooing two of my tattoos. I recommended my sister to him and again a great job. I recommended my friend and again he did a successful job in taking the idea and completely creating something unique and flawless. He's pretty chill company as well! Definitely calms any nerves you have and his relaxed attitude rubs off on ya! I think I'll be a long time customer as long as he's there. read more

I've usually had very good experiences here but my last time in I went to get a matching tattoo with my friend and after waiting an hour and a half after our scheduled appointment we had to be split up to get it done on time and thankfully my artist did an amazing job however my friend's tattoo looks very uneven and messed up. This was her first tattoo and it didn't leave a very good first impression. He also tattooed my other friend and messed hers up as well. Very disappointed considering I used to love this shop. Would definitely recommend Kate for any tattoos. read more

Wow. I have never been mistreated the way I was mistreated here. A friend and I walked into the shop inquiring if they had any walk-in availability (not even knowing if they take walk-ins or not, it was just an inquiry) and the front reception was immediately incredibly rude. The girl rudely asked "well what do you want?" and this is clearly a tattoo AND piercing shop, I said a tattoo, followed by her laughing in my face and replying with "well obviously, but what is it, I need to see what it is". Her condescending and judgemental attitude made us feel like we did something wrong, but we continued to deal with this now awkward and embarrassing situation by describing that what we wanted was small and simple design. She then interrupted us to rudely say that she needed a picture (yes, we get that), and although we were in shock with how we were being treated, we asked if she had any paper and a pen so we could show her. She then proceeded to literally throw paper and a pen at us on the counter. It was then that we decided to take our business elsewhere. I felt embarrassed and inadequate with her treatment towards us, as there were a few people in the waiting area that witnessed this. When we left the shop, a tattoo artist was taking a break outside, and he was just shaking his head as if this treatment was to no surprise. It was as if just because I don't have any visible tattoos (which, by the way, both my friend and I have several tattoos so this was not our first rodeo) that I was judged and felt that I should not be in there. I can't believe the service I received here, and will never return nor would recommend this place to anyone. read more
