Several times they billed my husband insurance with incorrect coding cause insurance to not pay. And then pass the cost onto the patient. The last appointment he had was over a year ago they assisted that insurance would cover the cost of the crown and told him multiple times that $400.00 he paid was all he would owe. Then per the eob from insurance company the insurance requested medical records as the crown was not medically necessary. They failed to send in the record insurance requested. Then they call my husband over a year later and say we owe $1400.00! Called the insurance and they pulled out a completely healthy tooth to put in a crown that was not needed. Stay away from here unless you like surprise billing. And all the staff in billing department are rude and refuse to try to get insurance to pay. I have been in medical billing over 20 years and this place is the laziest inexperienced billers. Stay away

Had high hopes for this practice after my past dentist sold to this one. They started off okay and…read morereceptive to how I was treated previously by the selling practice but it was all a show. Apparently my previous dentist had no logical billing procedure and I asked how much was owed after my son had his teeth cleaned? Their response was $2,000. So immediately when I started asking questions they couldn't answer why or where the charges are from. So I tell them I'm starting to lose my patience and a "manager" comes over and says come over here to my office. First she tells me to have my 9 yr old son to wait outside of the room. Absolutely not. Then she takes it upon herself to engage in a conversation with my son and why I'm upset about my bill. This is also inappropriate. She then goes from child counselor to self-proclaimed "big wig" who was brought in to fix all of their managerial problems. So she looks at the bill and says uh I'm going to need a week or so to check this out. Literally 30 seconds of looking at it and she also has no answer. Big wig skills right there, even better because after eight days still no call. As a matter of fact they refuse to answer the phone at all here. Leave a message and they'll call you back, maybe. Not me though I got text messages to solve problems instead. And when I tell whoever is texting me how about a phone call and stop being unprofessional via text, all texts stop after that. I sent one last text telling them I would leave for another practice if I didn't receive a call today after I called again only to not answer. So I can only assume they have all the patients that they need and get to treat them however they choose as well. I strongly suggest you not use this practice. Very unprofessional and does not care enough to even hire a proficient employee who can even answer calls. Absolute lack of respect and management. Patients deserve better.
