Just left. Please find a different oral surgery location and do your research. Let's just get this out here -- this place was someone's home they converted into a dental surgery location. During my consultation, I waited an unreasonable amount of time to be seen. It took them a hour and a half to get to me. The surgeon kept emphasizing he typically removes wisdom teeth on teens and younger patients. Well... I'm not a teen or a younger patient so...?! He expressed he was willing to do my procedure. I paid out of pocket (via my HSA) for the 3-D scan. He felt good about the distance between the root of my wisdom teeth and my nerve. --A month before my surgery they sent a text to reschedule, no phone calls, just a text message -- they said the reschedule request was due to an emergency-- a month away! How is there an emergency a month away? I was upset. They shared the surgeon's father passed away. And that the ceremony was scheduled for the day of my surgery. Okay. Sure! Rescheduled. I arrived for the surgery, with my driver in tow. Virginia, couldn't find a vein AFTER poking me TWICE with a needle. I don't like needles, but I understood this was necessary part of the process. I could tell she was getting worked up about not finding a vein, but I remained calm. She suggested "laughing gas" to enlarge my veins. Okay. Sure... She shared she found a vein on my hand. I have the laughing gas mask on and she's asking me if I'm okay and not to jump because that could poke her. I tell her I'm going to try not to jump, but I'm on the laughing gas. Irritated, she snatched the elastic off my wrist, rips the tape from my arms, and removes the oxygen mask. She tells me "...we're not doing this. You can go somewhere else to get your surgery...". The surgeon comes in to tell me that Virginia is his best nurse to find an vein and if she can't find a vein no one can, he certainly can't. Okay....?? So there's no surgery today? It was beyond odd. I think there were conversations about me being upset about the cancellation and prior to me arriving Virginia was on edge and ready. A MASSIVE waste of time. I received a partial refund for the services. I will be contacting my insurance company to share the charges and issues. read more

NEVER again! The "doctor" has No control of what is going on in his practice letting the woman when whatever they want to & with patients. I had a tooth extracted. I was not done properly-I called the following week I had not been able to sleep, eat, function from the constant pain. Called the office explained to the Dental Assistant that I thought something was wrong - I should not have this much pain 7 days after the extraction. She said if all I wanted was drugs I needed to go somewhere else and there was nothing wrong with me. I called my dentist who had given me refers to different oral surgeons - explained the problem - when to them - the Surgeon had Left Bone sticking out, did nothing about treating the infection, did not stitch up where he removed the tooth. That was week 2 - at week 3 I was forced to go back to the Surgeon because there were problems my dentist could not fix that they had "Oh wow we missed that" They had to insert a dissolvable gauze in the extraction location - the doctor said to a Different Dental Assistant - do you want the numbing....(he didn't finish) she said No. It took everything in me not to beat someone with their lighting fixture. Had dry socket during wisdom teeth removal by Dr. Brinser. Dry socket created massive pain and my face blew up like a balloon. Dr. O'Neil took a look at it, and did second surgery to drain the fluid which speed up my recovery! Love you Dr. O'Neil! read more

Do not go here. Nurses either give contradictory information on aftercare or no information at all. There's only one doctor, and he does not give any of the patients the time of day due to having other patients to tend to. I was told I should feel better 3-4 days after getting my wisdom teeth out, but my pain got progressively worse around day 5, turning into an unbearable throbbing pain that covered my entire lower half of my face and couldn't be helped by pain medication or ice. I told this to the doctor and nurses, explaining that I was concerned I had dry sockets since I was experiencing all of the symptoms. I was completely dismissed, my pain was downplayed and ignored, and he practically pushed me out of the door saying that I was fine and it should resolve itself. I ended up going to my regular dentist, and was told that I did indeed have bad dry sockets, so he obviously just didn't feel like dealing with them. read more
