We were there around 12:30 PM and I think most of the items were fairly picked over in the bakery case by that time. He answered the phone and when I told him I was waiting for an order, he said he didn't have any orders and that he was on vacation. He said his site should not have accepted an order. I had already checked my credit card bill and had been billed for the cake. He was extremely rude and said "there's nothing I can do because I'm on vacation!". I reached out to him through Instant Messenger several times with no response. On November 15th, he replied on Messenger that he had refunded me on November 7th.
