They insisted that they do not make mistakes like that and was told repeatedly that "somebody is fucking with your medicine." The bottles were still in the stapled bag from the pharmacy when I opened them. The pharmacists here are professional and caring.  They ask all the right and required questions.  They provide meaningful and important information in a pleasant, concise and understandable fashion.   They are honest and dependable.  The shop is kept neat and clean at all times.  There is a comfortable bench (if you like wire benches) located conveniently in the middle of the department.  This is not only good for a rest but the occasional (short) wait and is especially helpful if you've brought along young children.  It gives them a place to congregate if not sit down and allows the parent to keep a watchful eye on them. Keep them close! Report any suspicious behavior! Good health to you!

They are one of a handful of compounding pharmacies in the Washtenaw County area. While a retail pharmacy is a one-size-fits-all, compounding pharmacies like Clark, take an individual approach to medicine. They create medicine using base ingredients, which allows for greater flexibility in administrating specialty medication(s) to your pet. The staff at Clark Professional Pharmacy are very friendly and knowledgeable. If you are unsure about how to administer medication to your pet, they will take time to explain it to you, and answer any questions that you might have. The part I like is that it's easy to obtain prescription refills by using their automated phone system, especially during their off hours. So if you need specialty medication for your pet or natural supplements for yourself, Clark's the place for you.

The fact that Clark Unproffesional Pharmacy cannot wrap thier minds around the fact that the shipper has to request a refund from UPS just blows my mind. When i was trying to explain to her that I paid for a service, I did not recieve this service and I am owed my shipping fee back, the VICE PRESIDENT of operations hung up on me. Not a good look at all. After iver a year of giving them a chance, I am done after speaking with the VP of operations. There are a lot of similar reviews of people having issues with the rude, unprofessional, employees. I can relate with them all and believe them all to be true. It blends in completely, and the only indication is their sign on the placard by the street. Parking is very close to the building and plentiful. I was drawn in by their flier offering free multivitamins or aspirin. Their in-store selection for otc products is limited due to lack of foot traffic. The pharmacist was really nice and eager to match or beat meijer gummy vitamin prices. They'd order them and presumably provide free delivery (another highlight of their service!). I asked and they also do pet meds and compounding. While I didn't buy anything today, I'm definitely planning on keeping an eye out for ways I can utilize this place. Even if it's just to get them to beat meijer pharmacy prices, need some cheap generics and want to avoid Walmart, or when I'm stuck at home without a car. As a side note, I tried to stop in on Sunday and they were closed (they were open on a Wednesday morning). Consider calling for their hours before driving over. If you're looking for a local pharmacist, I'd totally give these guys a try. (4 stars for me, because they are not the BEST THING SINCE SLICED BREAD, and are untested overall and have worse hours for me, than meijer, but they seem like a good small business option. If they work out for me, I will definitely increase the star count.)
