It's a good place. This was my first time going to a Meijer store. It reminded me of a Walmart but better (in my opinion).

Need more cashiers, full store and huge lines at the two counters open. Why use only 2 out of 10 registers?

They advertise a bogo. But never have the product on the shelf. And no one seems to know why.

I was not expecting to visit a mall on my recent Adventure. I solely came here to visit the health…read morefood store which I did not know was inside this mall. This place is a mini mall not a big mall. This place is very neglected unfortunately! There are giant holes the restrooms. They still had Christmas decorations up in July! They had parts of the mall section off but as a mini mall that could be walked around in like 3 minutes! It's got some unique shops to them but really it's more of a gathering space too assistant connects to other big box stores. There's an abandoned Carousel too. Inside of the place is old and outdated. It still gets fair foot though regardless

They have Best Buy, Dollar Tree, Dunhams, post office, health food store, Five Below, Bath and Bodyworks, Ross, TJ Max, Men's Wherehouse, Kohl's, Sephora, arcade, popcorn and candy store, video game store, furniture store, they even have the Secretary of State office to get your car registration updated! Oh and don't forget the Chocolate shop for those who are chocolate addicts. I come here from time to time and bring my kids here and they like the spinning doors, Five Below and Dollar Tree. If you're looking for a outlet mall type experience, Jackson Crossing comes pretty close, it doesn't have everything a full mall would have but they have enough. They have some discount stores that people will often frequent. If you're in Jackson and have nothing to do, you would probably come to Jackson Crossing.

I have never been treated so disrespectfully at a retail store. My husband, myself and my son…read morestopped in to do some back to school shopping, but I also had an Amazon return. The store recently remodeled, so now all purchases, returns & Amazon returns are at the same area. I have done Amazon returns recently, and learned that they are completed at register 1 only, and the other associates handle kohls purchases & returns. There was one person in line, and I asked them if they were doing an Amazon return, and they said no. I then asked them if I could go ahead as they are only done at register one, which they agreed. and approached register one. I asked the associate named Kevin is this where you do Amazon returns, he said yes. But you need to get back in line and wait your turn. And told me to go back to the line, to which I did and more people joined the line. I then waited my turn, another 5-7 minutes, and Kevin did not assist any customers during that time. I was called to register 8, and told them I was doing an Amazon return, and they told me I needed to go to register 1, where Kevin told me he cold now assist me. I asked him why he couldn't assist me previously, when he never assisted any other customers while I waited in line. He said he was not going to help a non paying customer before a paying customer. That was extremely disrespectful and I let him know I spent plenty earlier in the day and was back to spend more. He scanned one of my barcodes, and told me I was done and was annoyed when I told him there was 2 separate items. I asked him to get me a manager as I was not happy with how I was being treated. He told me he was the manager, and the only one working, even though his name badge did not say manager. I told him I wanted the number to customer service and told me I could look it up online. I told him to write it down for me. He refused and stormed away from the desk. I never received my Amazon return confirmation and do not even know if it was completed. I'm so frustrated. They obviously don't care about their customers. I do a lot of Amazon returns there, and almost every-time I buy clothes for my family

We then looked in the women's plus section. Again, hardly anything and what was there was really ugly. Why can't you carry fashionable clothes for all sizes? We've noticed that the clothing quality has been less than satisfactory. It will be a long time before we shop Kohls again.

Big Lots: A Treasure Trove for Discounted Finds and Friendly Service…read more My recent trip to Big Lots was a delightful surprise. Stepping into the store, I was greeted by a treasure trove of discounted merchandise, offering a refreshing alternative to big-box stores. One of the things that stood out to me most was their extensive selection of physical movies and Blu-rays. In an age of digital streaming, it was fantastic to see a store catering to those who still appreciate the nostalgic charm of owning a physical copy. Beyond the entertainment section, Big Lots impressed me with their furniture selection. They offered a surprising variety of furniture pieces at competitive prices, making it a great option for budget-conscious shoppers like myself. The quality seemed decent for the price point, and it felt like a place where you could score a hidden gem with a little browsing. But what truly elevated my Big Lots experience was the exceptional customer service. The cashier, who I believe was new based on her name tag, was incredibly friendly and informative. She patiently walked me through the rewards program signup process, explaining the benefits in a clear and concise manner. Her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made a lasting impression. Overall, my visit to Big Lots was a thoroughly positive one. It's a store that offers a unique shopping experience, combining great deals on various merchandise with friendly and helpful staff. If you're looking for a treasure hunt-style shopping trip with the potential to find hidden gems at affordable prices, Big Lots is definitely worth checking out. Negative update: I did get a copy of a Blu Ray that was supposed to be a double feature but was sold with a 6 year old Digital Code and made it no good. The company didn't want to do anything to fix the issue with the code tho. I'd return it if I didn't want the disc that came with it but paid for two movies and only got one
