Typical Meijer with great layout, big selection of fresh produce, loaded with national and Meijer's own brands, plenty of parking, easy to get in and out quickly, and offers good prices. They still treat their employees like trash, awful benefits, abusive wage theft strategies, and easily the worst job my sister attempted having to put up with jank managers and well below fair pay: just for inflation minimum wage should be 27/hour now people! What a pity because Walmart, Kroger, and others seem oblivious to the basic moral structure needed for a healthy economy which promotes a healthy society. Meijer on maysville is going down hill and fast.While shopping multiple items I picked up were not just days but months expired.The fountain cups were nowhere to be found around self checkout.Then the entire soda machine was out of soda,no sign though?Multiple freezers were frozen over completely burying some items. Frozen meal(s) that we purchased were previously unthawed and the box was falling apart. read more

i've been waiting for my delivery order that I placed this morning. ist it was going to be delivered at 1:00. then between 4 an 6. then again it said 7:15. so now at 8:15 pm I called Meijer and was told they didn't have any people to bring my order. I would have gone to the store if I had known. now it's bedtime and we have NOTHING!! Unbelievable! I am so mad I can't even think straight. A Covid19 review. Meijer is no longer 24 hours, as was prior to the pandemic. Their new hours are 6 am to midnight. This Meijer is extremely well stocked and absolutely clean. Each Meijer in FTW has its own layout. I appreciate this one still having an in house Starbucks. I was in fairly early, but produce was stocked, along with the rest of the store. Even though the hours are diminished, the stocking has not been affected. The staff doesn't have much interaction, but I don't mind, especially at that time of the morning. The produce is fresh and really good looking. I prefer this stores layout. read more

I appreciated being greeted with a freshly sanitized cart and noticed several other small, but appropriate social distancing signs and reminders throughout the store. I had a problem at one of the registers and the employees at the customer service booth were very helpful in getting things straightened out. I found quite a few good deals, too! I don't usually shop at Meijer that often, but I may need to go more frequently. read more

While I think the store itself is good the pharmacy is a whole other issue. I usually get my medicine from the DuPont store and the pharmacy staff there is pretty awesome. Very nice and professional and always helpful. I'm from out of town so I only get to FW like once a month. On this day I knew all my errands would be near Marysville Rd so I called and requested my medicine be changed to this pharmacy so I could pick it up more easily. They agreed and gave me a timeframe for the pickup. I waited over an hour past the time. I went to pick it up. When I got to the desk I gave my name and DOB. I was friendly and in a good mood. The tech said, "Do you know what a PA is?" PA for a pharmacy could mean a number of things so I said I wasn't sure. He then went on in a very annoyed tone to tell me that it was a prior authorization and I did not have one so I needed to call my Dr and come back another day. I was a bit confused as I've filled this medication before with no issues. He then said, "I know you are upset, but there are people who actually need this medicine." I remained calm even though his remark was so offensive. There is no way he could know if I actually need this medicine. I obviously did since it was prescribed. Also I was confused but not upset. I remained calm through this whole ordeal. I stepped out of line and called my Drs office to get this fixed. When I called the next day and spoke with management about the ordeal they stated that the store director would be calling me back. He never did. I don't understand how people can treat others badly at a place like this and get away with it. Making assumptions about people and being rude is wrong. Needless to say I won't be going back to fill my medicine here. I'd rather go out of the way and get the respect every person deserves than be handled like this. And to the tech that said this, I hope you learn how to treat people better. read more

Writing this after waiting in line for over ten minutes. Got bored and figured I'd review until checked out. Not as good as the other meijer I go to, much smaller selection of Hot Sauces and spices. They seem to have missed the food hall in the renovation. It's (now) 7:30 on a Sunday and the Starbucks is, yet again, closed. That's the same as the other meijer. What the point of a franchise within the store if it's hardly ever open? Making payment now. 17 mins from first getting in line. It's not even busy. read more

Best electronics department in any electronic store in town. Maysville got the department manager which seems more like a tech, they got the high tech electronic's. Knowledgeable staff, huge selection of every and anything, it's a mini Best Buy, but with everything you need right at Maysville Meijer. They got them clearance deals going once in awhile on them discontinued carried product, giving stuff away I am telling you. I got a pretty nice tv in here a few years back for $70 and that's for a 43 inch. Stole that Tv....CODE RED WE HAVE A CODE RED. But for real though Meijer was in on it as they wanted to move this tv out the door on clearance. Came at the right time because I just got my Playstation.... Meijer made me feel welcomed and the guy working in electronics he seemed kind of like a tech, wizard type of dude. Mr. Gadget Wizard, he explain all the plug in's, sockets, which adapter works with what, guy kind of knew something, like an all around electronic computer geek programmer teacher type of dude. I'm most accustomed with the style and layout of Meijer versus other grocery chains (due to location convenience). The produce selection is usually colorful and fresh - and they tend to have sales often. The pharmacy is easy to find at the front of the store (unlike other weird mart designs). Mperks offers great rewards for frequent shoppers. read more

I do all of my grocery shopping here. I like their selection and their quality. My issue with this store is their deli. If you ever need anything be prepared to wait. That has been the case for years! I don't understand how every other department operates just fine except for that one. The deli employees always seem more interested in taking to each other than helping customers. It's the only reason I'm not giving this store five stars. read more

I haven't been to the other Meijer but this store hands down has a better gluten free section than Kroger. I found GF baguettes, frozen ravioli, 'flour' tortillas, and many other sweet treats. If you are looking for a general grocery store that sells a great GF selection then this is your store!! read more

This store never ceases to delight me with their grocery availability as well as their courteous service. I am always able to find whatever I'm seeking for any recipe. For example, a recipe I found called for watercress, which most people today have no idea what that it is. I called Kroger Marketplace and was told they didn't sell it. I called this Meijers the representative looked it up and pleasantly informed me that they sell it and at what price! This continues to be my favorite go to store read more

Stale Starbucks I love this store and I love Starbucks but I will NEVER visit the Starbucks in the Maysville Rd. Meijer again. I ordered the same coffee I have ordered hundreds of times, a venti blonde roast with two shots of espresso. When I tasted it, it tasted stale so I asked for a replacement and after being treated rudely by the employees, I was charged for two more shots of espresso?!?! I argued to no avail so I paid up to get the replacement. The replacement also tasted stale but to avoid further embarrassment I just left. When I returned home I made a cup of Starbucks french roast Kcup coffee that tasted MUCH better. In twenty years of weekly or more Starbucks visits, I had never been dissatisfied with ANY coffee or customer service I received until today. Simply will not make that mistake again! read more

I live right next to the New Haven Kroger store, but I refuse to shop there - and drive eight miles out of my way to shop at Meijer's. I've been doing it for years because I appreciate the service, the low prices and the quality of the selection. It's a great store, and I've been a loyal shopper ever since the store opened. ONE COMPLAINT, however: I bought two Meijer re-manufactured ink cartridges for my HP Deskjet D2560 printer. I installed both of them yesterday. The color cartridge works great, but the 60XL black cartridge prints in a "gray" tone - and doesn't start printing until about 1/2 of the way down the page. I understand these things happen sometimes, but how do I rectify it? I bought these cartridges some time ago, and doubt that I still have the Meijer receipt. I'll be in your store on May 7th to refill my prescription and do some shopping. Do I need to bring this faulty cartridge with me? Thanks in advance for your cooperation. Ron Oetting P.O.
