This Kroger was the nearest grocery store to my dentist office, so I decided to go in. I am glad I did, specifically for one reason: it had Boars Head Deli meat. I love Boars Head Deli meat. I am originally from Florida, and I would buy it weekly while shopping at Publix. My usual place to get Boars Head Deli meat is under renovations, and another place I frequent for it does have it. Neither place, though, have the large variety and selection this Kroger Marketplace has. Case in point, it sells Boars Head Rosemary and Sun-dried Tomato Ham. I have not been able to have it since leaving Florida in early 2020. I was so happy! The deli workers were very patient as I gave them a large order to fulfill on many of the Boar's Head products. Besides that, I did do my rest of the grocery shopping while here. I did find some beautiful roses for $12, that I got for my mom's birthday. I had ordered some from a flower shop and since I have another vase, I thought more flowers can't hurt. My mother loved them. Great shopping experience, and I will come back.

Overall, this is a fun place to shop and if you have time, check out the Aldi's find aisle, where there are quite a bit of unique items that change every week.

They don't always have the same thing stocked and what might be there today won't be there tomorrow. Things go quick and the staff works fast to get it out as quick as they get it in. The staff is always friendly. Walking in you're greeted with an hello and they ask if they can help you. They are always busy and I've never heard any of them complain about their job like so many other places. The Building is old but that doesn't stop them from keeping it clean and looking good. They even have their own parking lot that is easy to get to and park and then walk inside. They offer shopping carts too! They take cash or credit but they don't offer a public bathroom. When you go, and I highly recommend going, take your time and leisurely walk up and down the isle. Sometimes you can find some rare grocery items that I've never seen st the grocery store. This isn't a store you'd visit daily but weekly could very well happen. Highly recommend stopping by and seeing for yourself what this gem of a store has to offer. D

They have a variety of different things that you find they have been cleared out of inventory at box stores. Overall, if you go in with a lowered expectation, you'll actually have a fun shopping experience. For example, on my first visit, I found violin strings that were selling for two dollar a box when they normally run $20. Now I have enough violin strings that will last until they finish playing musical instruments.

I've had the butcher offer to cut meat to my liking because they were out at the moment of what I wanted. The deli is always helpful in making sure that they get you want you want as soon as they can, even with a line formed - they don't show they are rushed at all. The produce department actually has ordered items that they stopped carrying because I personally asked if they would have it anymore... how awesome is that?! The bakery is always perfect at making their personalized cakes, spelling correctly, decorating like real professionals... you can see that aren't rushing and are neat with their piping which is hard to come by sometimes. There is so much more to say about this store... They have a fantastic natural foods section that is quite impressive for such a small town. They have 4 self check outs with an attentive person standing by, and their cashiers are friendly and fast. Service desk wait is never too long, and you get taken care of well. I admit they are a bit more expensive then the local Superstore but the quality of their food and service is well worth the few extra pennies - but if you get a customer rewards card (they are free) then you save EVERYTIME you shop!
