That's after the colossal wonders that was yesterdays Kroger order you folks messed up. On top of that you have no quick ways of talking to a human by calling the store or your industries worst automated line. Now since I was charged multiple times and have no money I won't get to go see my family for Christmas. "Don't worry sir, I don't know why that happened but it looks like a bunch of pre auth that will drop off in five days or less". Great... but almost 400 unexpected out of my bank means no gas.
