You charged my account multiple times for the order draining it of hundreds of dollars. I had missing items, missing sale items ignoring my substitutions thereby making me pay full price for several things, and so I have no money now, I got way less stuff, and got charged even more money for having less items. That's after the colossal wonders that was yesterdays Kroger order you folks messed up. On top of that you have no quick ways of talking to a human by calling the store or your industries worst automated line. Now since I was charged multiple times and have no money I won't get to go see my family for Christmas. "Don't worry sir, I don't know why that happened but it looks like a bunch of pre auth that will drop off in five days or less". Great... but almost 400 unexpected out of my bank means no gas. I placed an order on your website for almost $300. Your website had "technical difficulties" and the order didn't go through but the payment did. Kroger is not refunding my money despite proof of payment being shown. Horrible customer service. 10/10 do NOT recommend shopping with these idiots. read more

The store is clean, that's about the only positive thing I can say. Very little selection, difficult to find items because of the way they are stocked. Prices are very high! I was not permitted to purchase a $5 bottle of wine because I did not bring in my drivers license. FYI, I am a 54-year-old grandmother of six, and I do look my age with white hair! I understand and support the push to prevent underage drinking, but this was freaking ridiculous. And the cashier could not have made it any clearer that he didn't really give a crap whether I was able to purchase my item or not. Don't use the pharmacy. The pharmacist acts as if they're doing you a favor, she always acts overwhelmed. When you not feeling good yourself, this just is wrong! They claim that they never received a script sent to them too get out of filling it, the doctor says but we've sent it! Go to CVS. read more

The store itself is fine, but I'm not too sure about one particular cashier. Isabella was my cashier. I came to her lane and she first had her back to me talking to her friends, the baggers I think. She wouldn't have known I was there had one of her buddies not point me out. She barely said hello and talked to her friends while she was scanning my items, with her back still to me. I'm not saying she needs to have a full conversation with me, however it would be a little more polite and professional to say "hi, how are you, do you have a Kroger card?" And I don't know maybe actually acknowledge the customer and not talk to your friends the whole time as if I wasn't there? read more

Depends on the staff on duty - Mark is pathetic! The lack of professionalism is disappointing to say the least. The private information of several other patients was left laying out on the counter in plain sight, I was able to easily read private information of several people if I had chosen to - when I mentioned that I was told to "mind my business". read more

For being the only real grocery store in New Haven, this Kroger leaves a lot to be desired. For one, it is a very small Kroger. The meat selection is not very good. The deli is tiny. The beer selection sucks.There never seems to be enough check-out lanes open. The only saving grace is most (not all) of the employees are friendly. I usually find myself driving to a different location as this store just doesn't cut it. Undoubtedly the worst Kroger location in the Fort Wayne area. read more

After partying at the bar all night I stopped at this store to pick up the few items my mother needed. Both the self check out and all the workers were very rude. I stood at the self check out after paying and waiting 15 god damn fucking minutes for it to process after the attendant kept walking by and didn't see if help was needed I flagged down a manager and reported my issue she claimed I didn't finish the self check out process and said I didn't know what I was doing. Needless to say I only ever shop at Walmart from 3-5 am when only the self check out is working so I have a good idea I know what I'm doing. Very piss poor Customer service read more
