Teresa helped me connect with Jill from alterations to do the measurements. I'm ordering a custom Vietnamese dress (Ao Dai) and needed a lot of measurements done. Both Jill and Teresa spent time with me to do measurements and write them down. They're both literal angels. Highly recommend going to them if you need assistance with anything. Specifically, Jill can help with altering blouses, pants, sleeves etc. Also, shout out to Christy for welcoming me to Fort Wayne and helping me get some cologne. Plenty of items to buy here from perfume, jewelry, mens and women's clothing and other items. Also located inside is a Finishline if you need some sneakers. What really floored me, though was that they actually have a Toys R' US inside! Yes!!! Omg! I had some many memories flooding through me as I walked around. This is an amazing Macys store just because of that! The employees are great too and very helpful. Definitely recommend it!

And this particular mall is one that is nicer than most in this category. Accessibility is good and there is plenty of parking. The restaurants and cinema make it a particularly nice attraction. The retail also fits our proclivities very well with nice specialty shops . There's a Trader Joe's and some other favorites like Old Navy, Carter's, Michael's and Von Mauer. It's a pleasant place to spend a day, especially if the weather's nice.

I literally had to wait outside of two different stores for someone to either come out or notice someone in a wheelchair was trying to get in. Also, way too little handicap parking places! I feel at least 80% of the spaces down the middle corridor should be handicapped parking. Those without a different capability can park in the lots around the perimeter of the mall. Another point, sloped ramps are too steep to wheel yourself up and the turn radius of ramps isn't sufficient for wheelchair users. Pained Tree and Marshals are the only stores with auto doors, wide aisles and ease of maneuvering once inside. Be better, don't just do the bare minimum for ADA compliance...ask people who have different capabilities how your mall should look and how you can be better.

Most other retailers have already liquidated their Christmas stock but they keep on holding onto it. There's still have items from Thanksgiving that's only marked down to 40% off. The prices of items are marked higher so that you can use the 15 to 30% off coupon they send you every month for "savings". Kohl's cash promotion is also simply annoying. They time it such that there are no other promotion so you end up paying a higher price for items. If you return things with Kohls cash then you end up having to cough that money back up to Kohl's so you don't even get the full return price. Overall, their business strategy is very disappointing and this is not one of those stores that I enjoy shopping at.

Emailed pics to Menards and they ordered correct casing. Problem is, I have to eat $300 removal and install on new door casing. Person I spoke with, after a long hold on phone, said they might cover $50 of that. Not what I ordered but yet pay the price for supplier mishandling.
