I feel sad to have to write this review but Dr Hill recommended me getting a filling in a wisdom…read moretooth that I have now verified a year later in a full exam does not have any decay. I have never had a filling and intuitively felt off when Dr Hill who is personable and has a beautiful office, great staff etc recommended a filling saying "he could not see the tooth well enough in the X-ray to be certain" but would make me an appointment for the filling. With further research I now know that it would have damaged my perfect wisdom tooth to drill and fill a tooth without decay! So sadly I have to say Dr Hill will not see me in his office again and please get a second opinion if you have a doubt about what is recommended.

I am so grateful to have found Dr. Kaiser and Summit Family Dental. I'm a bit of a wuss and Dr…read more Kaiser is super patient and kind. Every single staff member I've interacted with has been friendly and accommodating. I'm a wheelchair user and find the office far more navigable than most medical settings. Plus they have SUPER sturdy dental chairs with arms that go down on BOTH sides, which is a rare find -- and absolutely great for higher-weight patients. I can't think of a single way they could improve - they even offer a membership that saves some $$.

Going to the dentist had become my GREATEST FEAR. After so many years had passed I came to the realization that the time had come and I was going to have to get dentures, there is nothing wrong with dentures I just didn't want them. The Dental Hygienists that have worked on my mouth have been really gentle and thorough, too. That's why I've stayed with this group, despite the changes. I love that they were able to show me what they would be doing, from the 3D x-rays to the making of my crowns. I love they were concerned for my comfort and that I was aware and comfortable with what they were going to do, BEFORE they did anything. The final stage was sending me home with excellent verbal instructions (repeated to me at least 3 times so I would remember) of what to do for sore gums, types of food to eat and avoid for the next few days, and if I needed an adjustment to call right away. I can honestly say my gums around the the crowns were tender, but not sore and I am so very pleased with the end results! It made me a little sad to think, I'd only see these wonderful people only 2 times a year. For me that is a first. Love my forever dentist and staff!
