Dr. Rajagopal & Dr. Savage themselves might be okay, but I never got that far. Instead I had an…read moreabsolutely wild call with Tiffany at the desk the day of my appointment for an exam (Mon) where she berated me for not returning their Friday 11:37 am phone call by 2pm before they closed early for the weekend. I told her I was at work, but that was not a good enough reason apparently? She was calling to repeatedly flat out insist that my insurance was not through the company on the card I was holding in my hand, but was through HMA instead and that I needed to call them and sort this out. I repeatedly insisted that I had never heard of HMA and that it wasn't my insurance and that I was holding my insurance card in my hand and I was pretty sure it was correct. No, it was incorrect, she "wasn't trying to be argumentative" but it was absolutely incorrect and I needed to call my dentist to get my correct insurance information or I needed to call my real insurance company HMA and figure it out or I could have this insurance company that I thought was my insurance company call her and give her my information. But no, she wouldn't be trying to call the company whose card I was holding, she didn't have time before lunch. So it turns out that, yes, the card I was holding is in fact the card of my insurance provider and, yes, my dentist does in fact have my correct insurance on file and yes, they did send it to her, they just told her it could be looked up ON the HMA website. It's also the same, correct, information that I had to give them before I was able to book an appointment at Associates for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in the first place. I'm really not sure how we ended up here at all. Tiffany called back to blame it all on my dentist but I let her know I'd booked with another oral surgeon instead and cancelled my appointment at AOMS. I get that misunderstandings happen, but to be argued with like that and have someone absolutely refuse to hear me out was a huge red flag for me. If that's how patients are spoken to and treated at Associates for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery - somewhere that practices sedation dentistry and actively advertises for anxious and phobic patients - if that's how Dr. Rajagopal & Dr. Savage conduct their business I can't have any confidence that I would be treated any differently while someone is literally operating on my face. (Jokes a little on them because I fully knew that I'm nearing the max on my dental insurance and would likely be paying cash for the procedure itself, I just wanted my dental insurance to cover what it could on the exam while I saved in the meantime. Congrats to the Dr. that will now be receiving a cash payment though!)

Dr. Raj took the time to explain the procedure to me and answer all of my crazy questions! He truly went above and beyond to help me feel at ease. When It came to getting it removed, I couldn't help but be anxious. The nurse and the person who numbed me answered all of my last minute questions and did a great job assuring me. Dr. Raj came in and it was over before I knew it! My family will definitely be going to Dr. Raj from now on!!

One of the sinus lifts has material extending into my sinus due to him. This was made know to me by a more reliable dentist. Due to his work I will never be able to get implants. If that wasnt enough I was subjected to billing harrassment for aprox 6 months after my last visit, even though I always paid everything in full with each procedure as he had originally requested.

Going to the dentist had become my GREATEST FEAR. After so many years had passed I came to the realization that the time had come and I was going to have to get dentures, there is nothing wrong with dentures I just didn't want them. With great fear and trepidation I made an appointment at Rogue Valley Implant Center for a consultation. The day I met Dr. P.K Clark my life changed! He gave me hope. Dr. P.K. Clark told me he could restore my mouth, I needed two sinus lifts, bone grafts and a few implants and he could save most all of my teeth. With Dr. Clark it was the first time in my life I remained calm in a dental chair, he is a kind and compassionate man and though the process took awhile each time I got into that chair I felt safe and secure with the knowledge that I was in excellent hands with Dr. P.K. Clark and his trusted team. Each and every member of Dr. P.K. Clark's team are kind, caring, and compassionate, very informative and easy to talk to . If you are reading this review and have fear or lost hope regarding your dental needs please trust in this review and book a Consultation with Dr. P.K Clark at Rogue Valley Implant Center, you will not be disappointed. My self confidence has returned, I Smile all the time, no longer hiding behind my hands and I feel like Ihave laughed more in the last few months than I have in the last 25 years. Thank you Dr. P.K Clark you are one of my life's greatest blessings!!!

Everything at the front desk, and office is amazing! Everyone is very nice. I just ask you please…read moreask for an estimate before agreeing to have work done. We went in as a recommendation from a new dentist after our dentist office burnt down. We went in to have two teeth pulled and prep for a front tooth implant. When checking in we were told if we paid in full with cash we could get a 5 percent discount. Sounded like a good deal. When we were told it was just over 2k (shocked) we just assumed that included the implant. Boyyyyyyy were we wrong. Not only did it not include the implant (wishful thinking) It also didn't even complete the amount we owed for the two teeth pulled. when my husband went in for a follow up visit he created a workup report on some laser treatment, before he could guarantee the implant. That total was over 14 grand, mind you this still wasn't including the implant. Of course we went somewhere else and after two other opinions we found a very awesome place that will give my husband his front tooth back for a good price. No pre 14k needed. To make matters worse we received another bill for the original proceedure for $900. Who knew that was coming? And because we didn't pay it right away (it's been 30 days) They are already threatening collections. We are still trying to figure out what that $900 is for??? The bill they sent is VERY confusing. Frankly, they may be nice and do good work, but I don't enjoy being gouged! If we pay that, who's to know if another random bill is in the mail? VERY UNHAPPY AND WILL NEVER RETURN!!!

I love these guys. They are total professionals! Super nice but, more importantly, passionate…read moreabout their work, they are the best. I highly recommend them.
