Things may have changed since I…read morelast ordered, but they didn't seem to have many delivery drivers, and the ones that were available either weren't willing or able to complete the delivery I'd requested (Central City in Surrey to my apartment which is a 10 minute drive away, so nothing crazy). I had to stop ordering from them because the last four times I called, they didn't have anyone available to go to New West at all. I guess maybe it's a Surrey exclusive now? Bummer.

The tiffin often arrives extremely late, sometimes at 4:30 PM or even 5:30 PM. This is very inconvenient, especially when I have to leave for work or when I return home tired after a long day and expect to have food ready to eat. The purpose of a tiffin service is to provide meals on time. If someone has an afternoon shift, the food should arrive in the morning or at least around lunchtime, not late in the evening. The food quality is also inconsistent. Sometimes the food is good, but other times it is not up to the expected standard. Another frustrating issue is the constant change in delivery days. Earlier, there was no delivery on Sundays. Now they have changed the schedule according to their own convenience, with Sunday delivery but no delivery on Saturdays. This makes planning meals difficult for customers. We pay for this service, so we expect reliability and consistency. Unfortunately, the current service is not acceptable. I hope the company improves its punctuality, communication, and overall quality.

That same night my son became seriously ill and had a very high fever.. we were out of children's meds and I didn't have any way of going to get some on my own & it was getting very late. i only has cash on me so I wasn't able to use Uber or instacart at that time. Then I remember I had zoombites cards! I texted them what I needed and a shirt while later the young guy was here with exactly what I needed! They are much more affordable than the other services who provide delivery. Absolutely worth it :)

Boring, tasteless and sad portions!). I have been disappointed with many of the services in Vancouver until I saw real meals through a simple web search. Sarah makes all the meals herself, with help from her family. She is passionate about what she does, and she believes in keeping her quality consistent. We have made three orders so far for busy work weeks. The Shepard's pie is my favourite. The soups are hearty and great portions. We are happy with the quality of food, the delivery service and the ease at which we can order online. Finally, a food delivery service that doesn't get boring after one week. My only reservation is that they still have a limited menu, but I'm sure Sarah is working on it. Support this wholesome company.

This service also comes at a pretty hefty price. The soups I would skip - almost $30 for a 2L tub of soup. I understand its a small family thing and they use organic, but... coming from someone who enjoys cooking... I would just make my own for a fraction of the cost. I would do the lasagna again however. Almost same price ($25 or so) and much more filling. Good to note - if you have a man in the house, disregard the suggested portion sizes. Their "individual" lasagna is only enough for one, not two servings.
