I came in with concerns about a piercing that was not healing properly after being done at another establishment. The staff took the time to listen carefully, answer my questions, and address my concerns without making me feel rushed. They also have a large selection of quality jewelry to choose from, and their prices were very reasonable. Once I selected my earring, the staff carefully sanitized everything and properly prepared the jewelry before insertion. The entire process was clean, professional, and efficient. The atmosphere is so unique- it's like walking into a museum! Eddie has some really neat art pieces throughout his shop so there's always something cool to see while you're there. Eddy pierced my ears with dirty hands, specifically his fingernails did not look clean in any way shape or form. While piercing my double helix, he did drop the second earring and said "Oh shit!" & proceeded to pick it up and still pierce my ear with it. Worst $50 I ever spent. I had to go to Trusted Tattoo and get my earrings replaced bc my ear swallowed the jewelry Eddy used on me bc the size was wrong for a freshly pierced helix. Do BETTER!!!
