My daughter and I went to buy jewelry for her snake eye tongue piercing. We specifically asked if they carried the correct jewelry, and they said yes -- but only accepted cash. After we went out of our way to withdraw cash and paid, they handed us the wrong jewelry. When I pointed out it wasn't the correct piece, they admitted they actually did NOT carry the one we needed. I immediately asked for a refund since the jewelry had literally just been handed to us unopened, and they refused, saying "no refunds." This felt completely dishonest and misleading. I don't know about the tattoo artists, but the piercers are arrogant and unprofessional. Nikki was counting her cash, barely acknowledged me and asked me what I wanted. Takes me back, washes her hands and marks the spot for my eyebrow piercing then seems irritated when I want to move it (*sigh*, *eye roll*, "there. fine?"). She does the piercing without gloves and just completely misses the marks but what do I even do at that point? It never healed properly so I never forgot the bad experience. Went to a different piercer to get it looked at and they said my best bet is to take it out and redo it after it heals because it was placed so poorly. She also gave my cousin the most crooked septum piercing ever so I had to come and warn people. She's rude and rough. It's a hit or miss, a gamble with her because she just rushes it and has poor technique. It's clearly quantity over quality here. This lady doesn't care about your anatomy, if you're comfortable, or if you like where it's placed. She just wants you to pay her and gtfo. read more

I came in for a dermal piercing with a friend and when i tell you that the workers here actually have some crazyyyyy nasty attitudes it's actually bad. I got my dermal done and she said i was done and then i got up to leave and im literally bleeding down my back she didn't wipe it at all. I had to go back to ask for a paper towel. Went here a few weeks ago to get my seconds pierced on my ears. First the girl did them super uneven and screwed it on WAY too tight leaving no room for the wound to heal. After some issues i was having with my piercing started, i researched and found out any knowledgeable piercer should know not to use a butterfly back with a fresh piercing which is what this girl gave me. So now my ear is starting to become more infected and im either going to have to take it out which was a complete waste of money or im going to have to spend more many and swap it out for a flat back per-icing. Anyways if you're looking to get your ears pierced i wouldn't suggest here and do your research! Also i went with all my friends and we wanted to record and be in the room with one another while getting it done but we couldn't..? for "safety" which was weird because ANY of other place allows you to do that. I came here about a couple weeks ago for a double nostril and septum piercing. The person who pierced me was named Crystal and she had the worst customer service I have ever experienced, literally anywhere not just a tattoo shop. She was very cold, rude, and condescending. When she marked where my piercings would be, I told her that they looked uneven. She told me it was just the ink of the pen bleeding. When I saw the piercings they were clearly uneven and when I told her she seemed annoyed and upset. She said that according to her ruler, it was even and she blamed the anatomy of my nose. It was a flimsy plastic ruler btw, not a level. She said that my nose was uneven, but if that was the case, why wouldn't she consult with me first about that? I personally don't think the anatomy of my nose is uneven. Even if it is, why wouldn't she communicate with me and work with the anatomy of my nose so that it doesn't look crooked? She ended up repiercing it right then and there because she refused a refund which I fully understood. She was being so condescending to me and giving me weird looks as if I did something wrong to her? When I got home, I also realized that she pierced my septum piercing crooked as well, at an angle. She was very unhelpful and completely unprofessional, I will never be coming here again. I ended up going to another piercer for a second opinion, who was actually experienced, friendly, and helpful. She told me that the placement of my piercings were off even with crystal repiercing one side. Complete waste of money. She also told me that she's been hearing many complaints about this place and that this has been a common occurrence with the piercers here. got pierced here awhile ago, i decided to get two vertical labrets done by nikki and it was my only piercing done here and i was bleeding to the point it dripped on floor. I've never had this happen even with my lips being pierced after this incident. not to mention she was sniffling and coughing all over her station. Once the piercings healed they weren't even so i had to take them out. It was just a waste. Try going outside of corona. There's no good piercers here. read more

I wish i could give zero stars. Non one there knows what they are doing and change what they tell people almost all the time. My brother is 18 with no license and I called before to see what was needed for an eyebrow piercing. They told me that he needed his school id/permit. Went in and they told me no we need a birth certificate and his school id which is not what they told me on phone. The girl asked the piercer and i was told SCHOOL ID and BIRTH CERTFICATE. My brother went again today and they told him he needed an ID. do you guys just not pierce certain people if you just dont want to??? would recommended ANY other place but this one. Especially since my noise piercing was done incorrectly and I had to go elsewhere to get it redone. read more
