As a family with a small child, attentiveness and communication are things we value as tenants when it comes to things that need to be addressed. They connected us with excellent contractors, designers, flooring specialists, electricians, inspectors, and every other expert we needed. Everyone was professional, responsive, fast, and very reasonably priced. When our home was finally ready, the L.34 Group developed a strong marketing strategy and hosted multiple open houses that generated significant interest. Our house sold quickly, and we ultimately accepted an offer that was $130,000 over our asking price! Francine's expertise, communication, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome made all the difference. He was quick, organized, and always kept us grounded--pointing out things we would've never noticed and reminding us of our real goals when we started to get distracted by shiny finishes. He wasn't just a real estate agent--he was a true partner in the process. We felt like we had someone fighting for us every step of the way. Against some pretty big odds, he helped us land the only house in the neighborhood we really wanted. It still feels unreal. Even after we got the house, David kept showing up for us--connecting us with amazing people for renovations and making sure we had what we needed to get settled. You could just tell this wasn't "just a job" for him--he genuinely cares, and you can feel it in the way he works. And we can't share our story without mentioning how we even got connected to the Shelhamer Group. After we lost our home in the Eaton Fire in January, Glenn reached out (without us even asking) and sent us a generous gift to help us through that tough season--no strings attached. At the time, we weren't even looking for a home yet. But a few months later, when we were ready, we reached out to Glenn, and he paired us with David. From there, everything just fell into place. We're now in our dream starter home in our dream neighborhood--and we couldn't have done it without David and Glenn. Once I was pre-approved for my mortgage, Andrew and I began searching for my first--and last--home: the place where I would ultimately retire. I shared my must-haves and dealbreakers for my ideal home, and Andrew sent daily filtered listings in the neighborhoods I was interested in. He was also open to my creating a shared Excel spreadsheet to track the condos I viewed and my impressions of each one, so we could stay organized and revisit promising options. Throughout the search, Andrew was supportive and encouraging--from the open house I attended on my own, to appointment-only showings where he was present. I finally found a condo that met all my needs (which is no small feat in Los Angeles), and asked Andrew to make an offer. He proved to be a master negotiator with the seller's realtor, and after some arduous back and forth, my offer was finally accepted. I made it through escrow and closed on my birthday, of all days, several months after my initial search started. I cannot recommend Andrew Tyree enough if you are looking for a great real estate agent. No question that I asked Andrew (and I had a lot of questions) was deemed insignificant, and he was judicious with his advice and opinions. One part of our relationship that I appreciated was that Andrew was very patient yet gave me a nudge during those periods when I honestly was just tired of the whole process.
