The whole experience with Brianna Rose Photography was extremely stressful. It started out that she…read moreoffered to discount the wedding for us because the initial photographer we had hired was a scammer. The money she discounted was not worth the stress, poor time management, and overall unprofessional behavior of this photographer. Engagement pictures were cancelled last minute. When she arrived at the wedding, she sat down and ate, no getting ready pictures were taken of the guys, NO good first look was taken of my groom seeing me at the ceremony for the first time, family pictures were not taken before the ceremony like scheduled so the reception started late. Wedding pictures were not delivered on time. We believed we were receiving the ceremony footage and other important moments and she told us we would only receive the highlight. She then told us we would have to pay $500 more for the ceremony, first dance, and reception speeches. We had an agreement that we would receive our wedding videos within 4-6 weeks after being paid. We were told that the videos would not be done on time due to illness almost 6 weeks later. She agreed to send the raw footage as well as footage that she would compile. She stated "it shouldn't take more than a week." The videos were finally being uploaded to a USB, 10 days after the deadline. She ordered a larger flash drive. We requested that the raw files be sent. She agreed to do that. 8 days later, the flash drive had still not arrived. I requested to know when it had been sent. She said she would send it the next day. 2 days later, it was sent. It was received in the mail 21 days after the deadline. It was in Mac format. Her solution to that was that we spend more money to get a new external USB drive as well as buy an additional flash drive or external hard drive. It was the agreement that we would receive a full ceremony movie, reception speeches, and the first dance videos fully edited for $500. She sent a second flash drive and keeps saying we received the ceremony and raw footage, but the edited "ceremony" we received was only a sound clip of the best man humming before the ceremony. We requested a partial refund. She offered that with the stipulation that we were not allowed to post an honest review of her business. I could not find it in myself to not be able to warn future brides. A counter offer was made at that point and she felt as though it was extortion even though I simply had negotiated the original terms she had set forth. I did not feel that the initial offer she made to keep me quiet justified not letting others know of our experience. Please also read the additional negative review that was posted by Ashley who was married on 10/20/2019. She talks about how unprofessional Brianna was through her wedding process. The wedding videos were never received. It has now been 8.5 months since our wedding and my new husband and I have been so upset by not receiving our memories of the day that it turned what should have been the most joyous times of our lives into so much stress and sadness. I would not recommend Brianna to my worst enemy. Many of the good reviews appear to be her family members. If you would like to have an enjoyable experience and receive all products you paid for within the timelines provided, keep looking and hire someone else.
